My recent encounters with Molly Maids have been nothing short of a nightmare, leaving me utterly frustrated and deeply disappointed.

Last September, during their cleaning session, they managed to destroy my $2,000 TV, leaving it in irreparable condition. Their careless handling of expensive electronics was beyond comprehension. To add insult to injury, their compensation offer of a mere $100 was insulting and insufficient to cover the cost of the damage they caused.

Despite my initial reservations, I reluctantly decided to give them another chance after my TV warranty covered the damage. However, their incompetence struck again. This time, they managed to lose two crucial Cartier screws for a bracelet, rendering it unusable.

It's abundantly clear that Molly Maids needs more professionalism and attention to detail to be entrusted with any valuable possessions. Their reckless behavior and disregard for customer property are inexcusable.

In hindsight, I deeply regret not canceling their service back in September when I had the chance. I would strongly suggest against using Molly Maids and will not be recommending them to anyone in the future. You can save yourself the headache and find a more reliable cleaning service.

Cristina and Rosa A. from team #7 did an amazing job with deep cleaning my home. They were fast, thorough, and very detail-oriented. Everything looks spotless and fresh—I’m extremely happy with their work and would highly recommend them!

Worked with them before and was often charged the wrong price here and there so I switched to a different cleaning company. Recently, I rehired them because the other company was booked at my only time available and it was a total nightmare. Charged me more than $400 for 2 hours cleaning, with fees for what I never consented to, I never received the service alleged, as well as fees that were never disclosed.

Molly maids did a great job on my condo, cleaned the windows and balcony door, too. They were quick, kind, and quiet, since I work from home. Very thorough and the condo smells so clean. Even the cooktop was spotless! I'll use them again, definitely!

Little late but awful experience.

I hired these guys in June of 2025 for a full move out clean and they did an amazing job. Expensive, but they did such a great job I was happy.

Hired them 2 months later for a special occasion. They let me know they had significantly increased their price, but given they did such a good job the first time I was willing to pay.

I asked them to focus on the bathroom which was completely neglected and not scrubbed. I asked them to come back and they did a terrible job and were yelling at each other and was an awful experience. I did not want to push back further and just decided I’m never going back.

Significantly increasing the price paired with a decline in service is one way to lose a client. Never hiring these guys again.

Thorough and fast- Linda and Rita did a wonderful job on our deep clean. We needed a reset after letting the house go. Better to call in the professionals and maintain from there. Save the guilt for not calling them sooner.

The cleaning team exceeded my expectations. They completed the job efficiently—in under two hours—and left my apartment immaculate. Every surface was thoroughly dusted, the hardwood floors gleamed, and all shower buildup was completely removed. Their attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding. I would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking exceptional quality and efficiency.

My 4 story condo building hired them to clean the first floor entryway with stone flooring and three small carpeted hallways on the residential floors. Unfortunately the didn’t send an invoice saying they had come by so I don’t realize they had allegedly cleaned when I went to reach out to them 2 weeks after the alleged cleaning to see when they were coming. I’d been traveling so I figured I had just missed the cleaning when it happened. I have a Google home doorbell that records all motion outside my unit to confirm someone was there on the day in question but saw no one at all during the time frame in question. They claimed a motion sensor camera with a 3 hour gap when they were suppose to be there wasn’t enough evidence to prove the work wasn’t done. At a minimum they didn’t clean everything they were suppose to and at a maximum they didn’t do any work and invoiced us for an hour. This was the first cleaning so I anticipated some potential confusion but both people I spoke to on the phone were rude and showed no interest in finding a resolution. I didn’t ask for money back, I just want to know what was actually done during the hour I was invoiced for and they were unable to send any specifics. They just told my what was usually done during a common area cleaning.

1. Incorrect time estimate
2. Staff called their manager and made up stories around being mistreated
3. Used acidic cleaner on stone floors, spoiling it. Now needs to be refurbished.
4. Cleaning quality was great for kitchen chimney, average everywhere else (rest of kitchen, bathroom)

The maids do a good enough job cleaning, but they always seem unhappy, and by their tone I can tell they are complaining about something.

I've used Molly Maid 3 or 4 times, and the last time I caught one of the maids eating out of a tub of cashews. I went in the kitchen to grab my snack, and the cashews were in the middle of the counter open, as the maid was cleaning the kitchen.

After they left, Molly Maid did not call to ask how the service, nor did they call to try to set up recurring cleaning. It seems they knew they were caught and then ghosted me.

I wouldn't trust them in my home again. And the vibes I get from the maids, they must be overworked.

We had Team 25 - Linda and Rita - in to do the first cleaning. They were on time at the beginning of the given range and organized. They did a thorough job cleaning and we are happy with the results. We will definitely plan to use Molly Maid again.

Wow, don’t waste your time. I have more work cut out for me now after Molly meet has been here then I did before. I have to reposition the cushions in my couch. I have to relay my rugs. I have to clean the entire house now because it is worse off now than it was before they even showed up. Make it make sense! They charged me $500 And I have so much work cut out for me. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not even call this place.

I hurt my back when moving out so I needed a move-out clean. Molly Maid was able to fit me into their schedule with 48 hours. Team 25 (Linda and Rita) did an excellent job! Thank you so much!

A great service that we’ve been using for 2 years at least. The cleaning staff are always excellent, professional, and thoughtful. The thoughtfulness is important because it separates the average from the outstanding. The quality of the clean is also excellent. Always.

For the most part we get the same crew, but sometimes they change it up. Regardless, there hasn’t been a single problem.

Lastly, remember to tip these fine folks! You certainly don’t have to, but I feel the quality and service goes above and beyond.

Do not use!!! Buyer beware!! Did not do even a semi decent job cleaning my apartment after move out and cleaning it myself before hand. Still left tons of dust on the walls and did not clean my empty fridge. They also emptied their vaccum in the front porch which is unacceptable. They are not helpful over the phone and do not offer refunds. Terrible service. They must pay to inflate their reviews because this company is awful. Charged me an initial fee telling me it was the high end for the clean if the place was super dirty which it was not since I already cleaned it. Then final invoice came in and it was even more than their “high end”. This service is a scam

The two individuals that cleaned my apartment did an excellent job. Myself as well as mu fiance were very impressed. They were very detailed and I would love to have them he same two individuals again.

Molly maid absolutely changed my home! Team 6, Rosa Hernandez, Ana Luna, and Teresa Quinde were not only amazing at their job but also so kind! I have anxious animals (a dog and a cat) and they came in showing them so much love and affection, the animals instantly took to them. We rent and our apartment had never been, to our knowledge, professionally clean. It felt like walking into a brand new home. Even my animals were happy and excited to explore after which was very funny to watch! I felt instantly comfortable with my team and would absolutely trust Molly Maid again.

We worked with Carlos this last winter and he was amazing. Friendly, honest, and fantastic work.
