Excellent. Carlos is a fair, honest , hard working, trustworthy, knowledgeable person. I would not hesitate to hire him for any job in or around my home. He does great work!

The Clean Master Team arrived early and cleaned my windows both in and outside, they did an excellent job! The cost was fair and reasonable! They gave me instructions on how to have my screens fixed and they came back free of charge to put the screens back in place. I can see clearly now 😊!

I contacted Carlos regarding cleaning of gutters, and he was able to provide me with same day service after a long day of working on the opposite side of the city. Carlos and his team were professional and completed the task quickly. Carlos and his team diagnosed other areas of concern regarding the gutters and the roof, in addition to showing me pictures of potential problems , along with a detailed explanation. It was a pleasure to work with Carlos and his team, and look forward to using his services in the future.

After the heavy rain this summer in Chicago we knew it was time for new gutters. We had ignored the gutters long enough. I sent out a request on Yelp and Carlos quickly responded. He came out and gave me a fair estimate. I did not want gutters from a big box chain company. I prefer small business owners.

I did meet with a few other gutter companies but my instinct told me to go with Clean Master Service.

A week before the gutters were supposed to go up, Carlos asked for a deposit. I told him to send me a contract and a receipt which he did. He was always very responsive.

The night before the gutters went up, I was nervous. I couldn't sleep.

Carlos, did introduce me to Ricardo, one of the workers who would be taking care of our gutters. Both Carlos and Ricardo were very professional and always on time. The job took about 4 days because of the rainy days and because we did not anticipate some rotten wood along the house.

Carlos called me to tell me about the wood.

In the end I was very impressed with how Ricardo took his time installing the gutters, downspouts and fascia. One day he was here super late into the night because he was making sure that enough material was up and working for the next day which forecasted rain.

I can't tell you how grateful I am the gutters are finally done! They look amazing.

They also covered our front wooden roof peak with aluminum siding. It looks absolutely perfect.

I will call Carlos for future projects. Thanks for your commitment to quality and a happy customer.

Carlos and his team are Great! He really knows his stuff. They answer right away and show up on time with a smile and a good laugh. They really take the time to figure out the issue, give fair quotes and finish the job in a timely manner. I definitely will be working with him again!

Mr. Carlos Cardenas, the owner of Clean Master Service Chicago Llc., performed an exterior window cleaning service for my residential property, arrived to the job site on-time, explained the scope of the job, removed all of the dirt and debris from the glass, caulk, and window frames for two and one half hours until every pane sparkled with cleanliness and restored its translucency. Then, he and his crew cleaned up the work area to my standard, and inquired how satisfied I was with the quality of his work on several occasions. Mr. Cardenas's care and passion for his projects truly shine even more so than the day of his services, because he touched base with me twice via text in order to ensure my continued satisfaction, and to ask if he missed any spots. This establishment also offers maid service for the interior confines of the home, and I am so impressed with kindness, compassion, and work ethics, that I will call on him again for any and all future cleaning projects. I have never employed this establishment prior to this experience, and it is highly rare in today's day and age to find someone who accommodates every request with delight that I felt compelled to draft such a dynamic review. They just finished cleaning out our gutters, fixing an issue with our window, switching our storm damaged shutters and they thoroughly cleaned up after the job.

We had called them and they went out of their way to come out same day.

While here they identified some future tasks, billed us at the promised rate, and provided us with reasonable quotes for future work.

They were professional, personable, polite and fair! They do great work and we highly recommend them for the job!

Clean masters came out and removed some gum off of my stained concrete, which had spread all over. Not only did they remove the gum, but they also applied a sealer, which looks great. Did such a good job asked them to stain my deck

I made my appointment the day before. Carlos was on time and very professional i will be using the company again.

This company cleaned my gutters, removed my leaves (31 bags), put in new gutters. The gutter cleaning was quick and effortless. A few days later they did my leaf clean up as well as my neighbor's leaves (17 bags). They worked hard for about 10 hours. They were so thorough. A few days later they put in new gutters. Provided before and after photos and repaired my down sprouts. All services provided at a competitive rate. I highly recommend them for all of the services rendered. We recently bought a house in NW Indiana and needed a couple rooms in the house to be done. Carlos was super responsive and his team was super quick. Clean master service was phenomenal they replaced and repaired fascia soffits and gutters. They added lights all around my home. They were professional and always on time. It was difficult finding a good company, not anymore. My advice call Clean Master they will get the job done!
