I received services (back porch powerwash cleaning&sanitizing) from Carlos and his team on 📅10 August 2023. My back porch was filthy and reaked of urine stains due to my🐶 neighbors dog (🤮horrible and gross, right?!) Prior to the service, I contacted 3 cleaning companies and Clean Master Service Chicago LLC, was the ONLY company that offered to do an assessment in person to view the space and determine what was needed. I greatly appreciated the time that Carlos took to explain things, this company was kind, professional and the price for services are very reasonable. I'm very pleased with the results and will use this company again in the future! 🏆I highly recommend🏆. Here are some before, during, and after pics of my back porch! :-)

Squirrels and birds destroyed a part of the roof. We were glad to find these guys before it got worst. This company assessed the problem, provided a written estimate, and we scheduled the appointment. They got to work repairing and replacing rotten wood, eaten shingles the whole nine yards. We got new waterproofing, fascia, wood, etc, and now the roof looks 100% better. And there's a 1 year guarantee! Gracias for a great job and professional experience.

Carlos & team were terrific to work with. Was referred by a neighbor and couldn’t be happier with the service and whole process.
They hung our Christmas lights (very high peak)and also cleaned the gutters. They were quick and efficient and lights were installed perfectly. The pricing was exactly as quoted and was very reasonable. Communication was excellent. Crew arrived exactly when they were scheduled (actually 10 mins early for an 8am start). They were polite, professional, hard working and thorough. Highly recommend!

We've worked with the Clean Master Service team many times in the past for gutter cleaning and they never disappoint! They installed gutter guards around the house and they look marvelous! I had a wasp nest in a small seam of my roof. I only became aware as they began to enter my home. I called "America's #1" sounds like Dorkin and they came and sprayed the baseboards with chemicals and left. All the while, my family and I were under attack which was plainly evident. Needless to say, I frantically did a Google search and came across Clean Master and I am so so so grateful! They quickly assessed our situation, located the nest and went to work!! They were professional, caring and thorough. Thank you, Clean Master, for being a solid choice for my family!! I highly recommend you make them your first call 👍👍👍👍👍.

After just having a baby, we decided to get the house cleaned so it was one less thing to do. Access got is scheduled quickly for a super spring clean. The maids were on time and did a great job cleaning our house. I would recommend and plan to use again.

I have never been so impressed with a cleaning service before! We have cats, so there's constant fur flying all over the place. They took care of that and more. Their booking system is very user-friendly, they texted before coming over, and they were punctual and very pleasant to work with. I've tried many cleaning services over the past few years, and nothing compares to Access Maids. I will only be using them going forward. Highly recommend to all, especially pet owners and those wanting a hassle-free, deep clean!

So I hired Access Maids to clean my empty Townhouse back at the end of September, request a full clean, even ceiling fans. After the first cleaning, I noticed some of the floors were still dusty as well as the ceiling fans. They sent somebody out again. Still not clean. They had to come out a 3rd time, still questionable quality. I should have just sprayed some Windex and wiped them down myself, hind site. Bill was $473.00 with tax. They had 4 cleaners in there for roughly 2.7 hours according to the bill, $40 per cleaner per hour. Their bill is also not detailed on time spent, tax applied or anything. It just said $40 per hour, then said $433, without noting the hours, and then $473 which I determined to be tax.

I had new Tenants Moving in November 1st and decided to use a different company as the new tenants requested it. They sent 2 cleaners, the bill was automatically $270 cause there was a 3 hour minimum for a weekend appointment.

Basically find it odd that it took 4 cleaners the same amount of time as it took the 2 cleaners from the alternate company and nearly a $200 price difference in services.

I would not recommend this company for future use. They either take their sweet time cleaning or purposely run the time up for a larger bill, clearly as a comparison between this company and a completely different one.

About twice a year, I like to get a thorough apartment cleaning. It helps me address cleaning neglected areas of my apartment. I eapecially love having my floors cleaned because I have dogs and feel like my floors cleanings are hard to keep up with given my busy schedule. AccessMaids is always reliable, easy to use, professional, and a good quality clean. I appreciate their services.

I have used Access Maids multiple times and I have never been disappointed! The staff is friendly and thorough, no matter the task! I really appreciate the online booking process…it’s so nice easy! And you can even book cleaning appointments at the last minute most times. They arrive promptly and take care in their work…I will always call on Access Maids when I need to use a cleaning service!!!

It cost me $93 dollar to do a carpet cleaning for a small bedroom, they quote you for 31 flat fee per room on their website, and end up tell you 93 dollar minimum. Their maids only stayed for half a hour and they charge you for one and a half hours. Avoid.

Job well done at a very reasonable price. The maids showed up on time and left the apartment in great shape. It was only a one-time clean, since I was moving out, but my wife and I were very happy we decided to hire someone else to clean our apartment instead of doing it ourselves. Would recommend.

I used Accessmaids for a 1 BR apartment and the 2 ladies that cleaned our place were wonderful! Easy booking this service and the place was spotless when we left. They definitely had a high attention to detail and went beyond what I had expected. Only took about 1.5 hours total!

We have a decent sized apartment with lots of nooks and crannies and ground to cover, and Access Maids cleans every inch well! Easy booking and payment online with a variety of service offerings, making it easy to customize the type of cleaning you want. We do the all include per hour rate and it is always great!

The two ladies who cleaned my home were super prompt and efficient and the place was literally sparkling after. Bonus: I was able to pay and tip on my card versus cash like other places and it was super easy to schedule. They paid attention to detail and were ok with me and my dogs hanging out in the office while they cleaned. 10/10 recommend.

It was so easy to book using their online page. I was able to click and select every task I wanted completed. When I called to check that things went through, I was able to speak with someone. Two polish ladies showed up exactly on time, they were friendly and were easy to communicate with. I had a deep clean service which involved cleaning the floor inside the coat closet, inside the cabinets, baseboards, the patio, etc. I have a two bed and two bath condo which these ladies worked together for 3 hours to clean. I am very impressed with this company and will use them again.

I had a great and very easy experience with access maids. Their flat rate pricing is very fair and easy to quote, then you can book online. The maids showed up on time and did a really great job. They brought all their own stuff and were very professional.

I used access maids to have my apartment cleaned before a friend came for the weekend to dog sit. Access maids was amazing! The online booking is really convenient, and so is the texting with a 15 minute window.
