My sister booked a deep clean with the added tidy-up service, and honestly, I’m pretty disappointed. I’ll give credit where it’s due — the floors looked nice and they folded some blankets — but everything else felt rushed and half done.

I specifically told them not to throw away any of my pet items, but they still tossed my pet brushes, and even threw out things like my sleeping eye masks. I also only have ONE closet, and instead of actually organizing it, they just shoved things like slippers and random items inside, which made it look worse than before.

They also skipped several things that are supposed to be included in a deep clean — like cleaning the inside of the windows, doors, and door frames. It felt like they just did the bare minimum that showed on the surface instead of the detailed work I paid extra for.

What makes it more frustrating is that my sister used the same company at the same time and day, her cleaner spent almost double or even triple the time on her smaller apartment, and did a way more thorough job. I really wish I had gotten that same level of care .

We didn’t bother them while they were working — we stayed on another floor the whole time, and our pets were in a separate room they were told not to enter.

And just to be clear — I chose not to reach out or ask them to come back, not because I was satisfied, but because I didn’t want to go through the hassle of scheduling a redo. Still, I really feel that a service like this should be done correctly the first time without the customer having to follow up or point things out, especially given the price and expectations.

I really hope they work on consistency, quality control, and following customer instructions — especially when it comes to throwing things away. Our cleaners were Marleny, Janneth, and Adriana

Angie and Andrea did an amazing job with the deep cleaning and it is absolutely exceptional. My house smells absolutely fresh and I feel like it looks brand new, which is something that every mom needs, especially for what you paid Four. I’ll be definitely doing a reoccurring service with these two as they did an amazing job and made my house smell fresh and clean. Especially my bathroom, which was absolutely horrendous before.

Sandra and Ana did an amazing job cleaning my one-bedroom apartment! The kitchen and bathroom looked fantastic when they were finished, and I was especially impressed that they were able to remove stains from the leather side handles of my office chair—something I could never get out myself. They arrived right on time, worked efficiently and carefully, and were polite and professional. I’ve used them twice now and specifically requested them the second time because I was so impressed with their work during the first visit. Thank you so much, Sandra and Ana!

After trying a few different cleaning services we finally found Antonia and team. She does excellent work and is a pleasure to work with. I have referred them to all my friends and family. Excellent support & professional service.

After getting an ankle injury, I needed last minute cleaning service and they were incredibly helpful with squeezing me into the calendar on short notice! The team did an amazing job, and the cleaning job was very thorough/detail oriented. Look forward to having them come back for more cleaning services in the future!

They were very punctual, professional, and they were easy to communicate with. The team showed up with everything they need worked fast and efficiently they cleaned places that were not cleaned in a real long time. It was easy to schedule and to get an appointment on a last minute thing. the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was I have a small house and I felt that at least a certain amount of windows should have been included in the deep clean cost but otherwise it was a great service and will use them again

Thomas and his mom were fantastic. Very polite and easy to work with. They are also very detailed oriented and left my apartment spotless. They were constantly asking to check if something else needed to be done to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I highly recommend them

A+ service! From the phone call I had all the way through the walk through at the end of the cleaning, everything worked out great! My 1BR condo took about 1-1.5hr; the team was super efficient! Will definitely be hiring them again.

I used House Keep Up to clean my sister’s apartment before she came home from the hospital. What a great decision! The team showed up early and ready to work. I only had them clean the bathroom and kitchen and both places were left spotless! They were very friendly, conscientious and hard working. I plan to book them again.

I had a complete move-out cleaning of a condo unit and they did a spectacular job. The cleaners were nice and paid attention to details of the cleaning. Since the unit is large, they missed a few spots. What was surprising is that Joyce and the cleaners arranged re-visits (even "twice") to remove these hard-to-clean stains with special treatment. Their work ethics deserves a 5-star review. I would recommend Joyce who is always responsive to texts, and I would ask for the same cleaners again. House Keep Up, Keep Up the great work!

Kate and her team are so friendly, attentive and efficient. They are very conscientious about providing the best service. Total professionals. Sandra did a move out deep clean of my mother’s condo and worked diligently for 10 hours by herself! It definitely paid off, I am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend them!
