I have had them for a year now. Love not having to worry about tenants anymore. No more 76-80 set thermostat. And tenants have not complained once. Havent compared years fuel cost to previous, but im positive it saved me unnecessary costs.

I bought the 7176 and it has saved me time and money. The install is a bit tricky on some (reading the installation instructions Is a must) and plug and play for the others. I highly recommend the thermostats. Keeps tenants from changing the temp setting.

We have been using Chicago Controls Thermostats at our rentals for several years. We all know nothing is bulletproof when it comes to a tenants "creativity" in trying to outsmart a thermostat. But hey, in the tenants defense, if your heat or A/C was "free", wouldn't you want to get the most out of it too ;). Landlordstats work great and we will continue to use them in our properties.

I am very satisfied with my purchase of the Landlord Vacation Thermostat 7372. Wiring diagram is straightforward and clear and it operates as expected with the factory preset limits. My only problem with it is the selector switch on the one I received is slightly off position meaning it does not line up exactly with the OFF position and appears to still be in the COOL position even when Off. If it becomes an issue with tenants inadvertantly not turning the AC or Heat off I may need to replace it. Otherwise is is a good purchase which should help keep energy consumption reasonable.

Great product! I had two apartments on the same boiler heat so I paid for the heating bills. Since the tenants did not worry about the heat the bills were usually higher than two single family homes. After I installed the Landlord thermostat in each apartment the heating bills are between a third and a half of what they had been! They paid for themselves in one bill!!!

Purchased 4 of the HC71SB thermostats. I have a 3 wire application. The website states the thermostats work with 3 wire applications. I installed these and they do not work with my zone valves. I reached out to the company to return the thermostats and they offered to return at a 50% reduction. They also stated I should have only bought 1 and tried it first or calling to check compatibility. I find this to be poor customer service when the website states will work with 3 wires. Also If you try to call nobody answers the phone. Best to stick with retailers with good customer service.

I was very happy with this company. They make good and reliable products. You can choose the temperature that you want your thermostat to be sat to, and it works great for apartment buildings. I accidentally ordered thermostat with a different temperature that I desire so I called the company and they send me another one and I received it next day very friendly service.

This landlord thermostat installation is simplicity in motion. I have installed one of these in each of my two rental homes and will soon buy a third one for my own home. Keeps the heat at a comfortable level and tenants cannot raise the heat because the temps are hardwired into the circuitry. Instillation is a breeze right out of the box and comes with complete and precise instructions. I would recommend this to anyone with rental property or those with older kids that like it too hot for comfort.

This company makes products that pay for themselves in less than one month. The savings on energy is so immediate and significant, the only question is why did we wait so long to save so much money. This company makes a very good product, and if there's ever a problem they stand behind their product and replace it with no questions asked. I recommend this product for apartment buildings and hotels. This product is also good in the residential home who is concerned about wasteful family members like kids who just don't seem to care about the bills. Great product. I must have saved over $500 in just one year. Thank you for making such an easy to use thermostat.

Sweep Home Chicago is fantastic. My house sparkles top to bottom after they leave. My kids even comment that the "house smells amazing" when they get home. I have Sweep come every other week and I have to say that I look forward to Thursday afternoons!

I wouldn't use them again. The cleaner was very slow. She skipped the kitchen. Didn't wipe the appliances, clean the sink or all of the countertops. She basically did a superficial cleaning of my place yet it took forever. She also used a whole roll of paper towels even though I had microfiber towels available to her. If you want someone to mop your floors for nearly $100 use this service. That's about all she did.

A great service at a decent price.

I use their service monthly and have always been pleased with it. Reyna and Rosa in particular do excellent work. They are very flexible in terms of scheduling and responsive to feedback. The fact that all arrangements can be made via e-mail is a huge plus.

They have been cleaning our building's shared spaces for several months now and it has been going great. It's always a thoroughly well done job. They have an eye for detail which is great. And the main office has always been accommodating and helpful in getting appointments changed, etc.

This was the worst cleaning! I do not recommend this company at all. The service requested was for a new home cleaning prior to our moving in, which should be much easier given that nothing had been moved in yet. We told the woman, who arrived quite late, the areas to focus on. When we arrived back to check her work all of those areas had not been touched! It was almost like she didn't clean anything at all! We asked for a re-cleaning and Sweep Home sent out another cleaner, which was equally as bad. We ended up having to hire another person to come after we had moved in to clean yet a third time! Again, we do not recommend this company and suggest you get personal referrals for any cleaning services to avoid our disaster.

Very positive experience. They are on time every time. They clean top to bottom and even unclogged my sink one time. Best part is that they send me an email every month to remind me that I need my house cleaned and even give me a time they are available. This way, I never forget to call them and set up an appointment. Last, there was one time when I asked them to clean a large window and even though windows are an additional price they did it for free. Hope this helps!

Sweep Home Chicago provides exellent service! I was referred to them by a friend and they did not disappoint. They do an excellent job all around with their cleaning service. Their staff is also very friendly, professional and responsive. They are very flexible with scheduling. I only stopped using them because I moved to Milwuakee but I would recommend them to anyone in Chicago!

I would recommend Sweep Home Chicago as a good cleaning service. I have never had a problem with lateness or canceling. I use them for a regularly-scheduled once a month cleaning. I would recommend this option to others, as it is the best way to know for certain that you will have someone scheduled for your cleaning far in advance. I docked one star because, as others have pointed out, you don't always get the same person, and this leads to inconsistent cleanings. Though I have never had a "bad" cleaning per se, some are noticeably more thorough than others. However, my last couple have been very good and I am hoping that I will continue to have the same consistency going forward.
