The team was wonderful to work with! They were super easy to schedule with in advance as I had a very specific time window to work with to get several apartments deep cleaned to prepare for new incoming tenants. They tackled inside all appliances, scrubbed the bathrooms so they shined and sent me before and after pictures as well. Highly recommend!

That said, Maid Pro has only recently begun coming to my home, but I want to recognize the team for their ease of scheduling, reliability, professionalism, especially DeShaunee Owen (owner) and her mantra of “making things right” meaning making every effort to match the customer’s needs and expectations. Citywide Clean came on time for the job. They cleaned my entire empty townhouse. This was a standard cleaning of the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Cleaning of appliances, cabinets (inside & out), sweeping, mopping of floors and baseboards. Cleaning of doors, doorknobs, light switches, window sills and frames, dustin of ceiling fans.

Citywide cleaning did a phenomenal job on my move out cleaning! They were polite and professional while handling the booking and arrived promptly. I was still in the process of moving a few final things and they graciously assisted me with those things as well! They worked quickly and the place was spotless! There was absolutely no concern that my landlord’s move out requirements had been met! I would highly recommend Citywide for any cleaning, move out, move in or regular cleaning maintenance, you will not be disappointed!

Andre came on time, cleaned the oven such that it's almost like new. Great service!

I randomly found Andre on Google while searching for a nontoxic way to clean our ovens. I refuse to use Easy Off since we have little kids, and I was blown away by this service! I highly recommend. Andre was punctual, kind and highly effective. Will be recommending to all my friends and using again.
