I moved from Exec Cleaning (such a bad experience, do NOT work with them) to Sweep Home and I am in love.

They are always incredibly responsive; I don't think I have ever had to wait for more than an hour or two before receiving a response from someone on their team via email. Scheduling is simple and painless and Brandon and his team will do his best to work with your schedule and to make sure you're happy with your recurring cleanings. You can request to have the same cleaners for every cleaning, which gives me incredible comfort in knowing that who is in my apartment when I'm not there.

They offer a standard cleaning for two hours, but you can customize it to your needs.

We currently have cleanings every two weeks with Martha and Naara and they are marvelous. We requested they come and do their standard cleaning for two hours and extend our cleanings for another hour for a "deep cleaning" of a room. So, three hours bi-weekly. Not only do they have their standard cleaning checklist listed on their website, but we are such sticklers that we have a checklist of our own and Martha and Naara are flexible and gracious enough to actually check off the list we leave them every time.

Even when we have had scheduling conflict due to vacations and such, Brandon and his team have been incredibly accommodating.

I doubt I will be leaving their services.

My wife and I hired Sweep Home not knowing what to expect. We submitted a request for an estimate and got a phone call that same day. The price was reasonable, so we decided to hire them for a deep cleaning. Our cleaner was on time; she introduced herself, and started cleaning right away. We decided to step out of the house and let the cleaner work her magic. When we arrived, our place smelled amazing and looked better than it had ever looked before (whoops, hope my wife doesn’t read this). Our appliances looked brand new from both the inside and outside. The cleaner made sure to get all of the dust on the baseboards and windowsills, which was one of our specific requests. She also tidied up our beds and even organized all of the books and toys in our daughter’s room, which was not necessary at all, given the fact that our daughter destroyed the orderliness when she got home. Needless to say, we were very pleased with Sweep Home Chicago and will be sure to hire them again.

I use Sweep Home at my Chicago condo whenever I am back in the city. They do a good job every time, are easy to book with, and I love coming home to a clean condo when I return. Highly recommend this company and will continue to use them into the future.

I've been using SHC for about a year - the cleanings are bi-weekly, the price is reasonable for a 1 bdrm + den, Joanna let's herself in and out - i really couldn't ask for more. The company is great about answering emails and inquiries, which I really appreciate when my schedule gets crazy. I'd highly recommend. I've used other services in the area and this is definitely the most affordable, and my home is always so clean. It's the best feeling to come home to a clean house!

Sweep Home Chicago has reasonable prices and always does a great job. I love not having to worry about keeping supplies in stock and always come home to a fresh, clean apartment. Very convenient and responsive email customer service and accepts credit cards, too!

Booked this service for a move out cleaning for a rental unit. When their person arrived the tenant had not moved out everything but I know all that was left was a couple of desks and some bags of stuff. I told them to clean anyway as opposed to canceling, but I received an email saying the cleaning could not be done ( not sure of exact timing) However, whenI went to the unit on the weekend there was no evidence that it had been cleaned at all, there was grime on the washer dryer, under the fridge was filthy, the bathroom was dirty and so I thought you had just cancelled it and i wasn’t charged. I tried to reach out and see if we could get a cleaning done on another day and they said they had no availability. Days later I received a charge for the full amount and when I complained they used the excuse that the apartment wasn’t completely empty. I sent a follow up email explaining that even areas that should have been cleaned if someone was living there were not cleaned at all and there was no evidence that any real cleaning was done and have had no response. If this is what they call cleaning I would avoid them at all costs as I had to get another service to clean everything.

Sweep Home Chicago is simply the best cleaning service in the city! The customer service is top notch with both appointment making and follow-up. The cleaning is always thorough and detailed. I am always pleased with the work when I return home. I would recommend Sweep Home Chicago to anyone looking for exceptional cleaning, excellent customer service and timeliness and efficiency.

Sweep Home is a great service and very easy to use. The scheduling is super easy and for someone forgetful like me, they will send you gentle reminders that it's been # amount of weeks since the last visit. I've been using Sweep Home for almost a year and half now.

The staff has always been on time for the appointment and brings their own supplies. They are very pleasant and work around me while I'm working from home. I live on the 4th floor and I know it can't be easy bringing the supplies up the stairs.

One thing that could be better would be to have the same person each time, but given how last minute I make my appointments, I can understand. Also, I'd say that I get a 'perfect' clean about 90% of the time. Occasionally when I look a little closer, I notice some details that get overlooked. But all in all, a great cleaning company to use!

Sweep Home Chicago has done a fantastic job cleaning my apartment in the several months since I started the service. Their attention to detail and tidying things I never expected them to is a welcome surprise.

They try to send the same representative each month and that contributes to the consistency of the cleaning I can expect.

I've been using Sweep Home Chicago for several months and have always had a positive experience. The cleaning staff is always punctual, professional, and courteous, and they do a great job. A few times I've made a specific request and they always remember (i.e. I didn't want any dusting cleaning product used in my baby's room, just a damp cloth). The customer service is excellent. If you have any questions or concerns, they attend to it right away.

I have used Sweep Home for nearly 3 years and highly recommend them. I like that Sweep Home's prices are reasonable and their staff are dependable. I am pretty tidy, but I find that having someone come in every 6 weeks or so, to give the place a deeper clean, is well worth the cost. I once used an independent cleaner and she charged more and did less. I like that they don't require a weekly or bi-weekly cleaning commitment like some other firms I looked into. I also like that they'll kick up the service for a reasonable price. This week I asked them to try to remove some stains from my carpeting, which they did--brilliantly--for a really fair fee. And as others have mentioned, it's such a treat to come home to a spotless house! Go on! You're worth it!

We have used Sweep Home for over 2 years and they come every other week. We have a Chicago bungalow, and we get the first floor and the finished basement cleaned. Maria has been consistent and great. Once we gave her the tour, she has always done a great job. Whenever we request something in particular, it has been taken care of, no problem. When we have the oven cleaned twice a year, it is amazingly clean. The one time that she accidentally broke the glass in a picture, the main office just had us deduct the replacement cost from our next cleaning--no problem. I highly recommend them.

I've been using Sweep home for a monthly condo clean for a little over a year. I've never been here while they are cleaning so I have no idea what they do, but the results speak for them. My apartment is spotless and smells great. They are responsive. I often leave notes requesting attention to certain areas or that clean sheets are in the dryer and everything always gets done as requested. Their payment interface is easy to use  They send reminder emails in case you accidentally cleaned your own apartment or ran out of money and want to cancel for the month (<24hrs no-fee cancelation). I have a dog and they kindly work around her and make it look and smell like I don't have a dog. I have never had any issues. Prices are on the cheaper end compared to similar services and the work is great.

I have been a Sweep Home customer for over a year now and would recommend them as a professional and affordable cleaning service. Scheduling appointments is easy, and their customer services staff are helpful and flexible. The cleaning staff we have had work at our home have been incredibly friendly, prompt, and responsive. While I had one instance where I felt like some areas weren't cleaned as thoroughly as they should have been, in general, I have been highly satisfied with the level of cleaning and appreciative of the fact that their cleaning staff are always willing to spend extra time in a certain area or take care of something specific when they're here. I also love that Sweep Home offers green cleaning!

We are big fans of Sweep Home Chicago. Service is reliable and they use great products. We went through 2 other services beforehand and stuck with Sweep Home over 2 condo properties now (both downtown). They're also flexible with scheduling so when we had to skip a few scheduled dates or needed to switch the schedule it was no problem at all. There was always a live person to talk to and they send reminders via email of upcoming cleanings.

I have used Sweep Home Chicago for 3 years now. I found them when I moved to a new neighborhood outside of downtown Chicago. Surprisingly, I found few companies that would go the extra distance (being that I only moved to Noble Square) at a similar rate, but Sweep Home Chicago was very accommodating!
They are extremely responsive and always reachable. Every time I call, someone answers. They are trustworthy and are always in and out with no issues. I love coming home and finding my place spotless. I recently moved again and they made the change to my new location with no hassle at all. I find them very accommodating and willing to meet the needs of their customers.

I have been a Sweep Home Chicago customer for 4-5 years and have always been pleased with their service. They are proactive in setting up appointments, which I find highly convenient, and they're also flexible with payment (I typically pay via direct pay through my bank). Also, I moved to a new neighborhood a couple years ago. Not only did they easily accommodate my new location, but they kept the pricing reasonable considering my new apartment was larger. Joanna has been my primary service provider, and she is nice, professional and always does impeccable work.
