We had an some minor issues with our toilet and some bi-fold doors in our hallway plus an additional issue with a shower door handle coming loose. The service has a two hour minimum and an hourly charge thereafter plus materials. Handico came highly recommended so we were optimistic that these annoying household issues would be solved. The servicemen first tried to fix several of the issues (rather than replacing them), a decision I likely wouldn't have chosen myself given the ease and relatively cheap cost of replacement but I trusted the guy to do his job, thats why we called! After unsuccessfully trying to repair several issues, he wasn't able to, so he ended up replacing the door track and doing his best to tighten the shower handle. The total bill was much higher than it should've been due to the time spent initially trying to repair things. We brought up our concerns to HandiCo and they were super responsive and appreciative of our business and feedback. You could tell they not only cared a lot about delivering the best quality service but also that the customers were left feeling good about the value. THAT is the true sign of a good business and why we will give them another chance next time. The servicemen was so disheartened and clearly a young guy in training, he will be great one day and we are happy to work through his growing pains, especially when you get management who is as incredible as these guys are. In the end we got the issues in our home solved and the bill was cut more than in half. These guys were timely, communicative, respectful, and DID fix the bulk of what was needed, it just took them a bit longer than anticipated, an issue they owned up to immediately and made us whole for. Two thumbs up, we will be using them again!

I could not be more please with my experience with HandiCo. Prior to reaching out to them, I had multiple handyman not show, never return calls etc..I hired HandiCo for minor repairs at 2 properties I manage and from start to finish I received clear communication, professional service and above all accountability. The handy man was kind, quick and did great work. It was a seamless process from beginning to end and I will be using their service again. Thank you!

I have used HandiCo in the past and they just finished a job in our condo on 10/24/2017. Mike, Tom, and their team members are great. Tom gave a call letting us know he would be late due to the rain and traffic (which was much appreciated). When he arrived, Tom was a great help putting up a curtain rod and doing some bathroom work. I will always use HandiCo for jobs as they are great at what they do.

HandiCo is a go-to resource for us for just about any home repair or need. They have done a great job for us staining our deck and adding a gas fire pit, repairing drywall and painting after a water damage issue, as well as small projects including securing bookshelves, changing light fixtures, and fixing sink drains. They are great with communication via phone and email and have always been friendly and flexible.

My husband and I are currently living out of the country but still own a property in Chicago, which we rent. We needed some work done for our new tenants and hoped to find a company we could trust to do the work in our absence. HandiCo. far exceeded all expectations. We were able to schedule an appointment, communicate our needs, and be sure that the work was going to be completed to a high standard. Our tenants are happy and so are we. We will continue to reach out to HandiCo. whenever we may have work that needs doing!

Demond did an awesome job completing various tasks around my condo. He was prompt, communicative, and went above-and-beyond by removing my fan when he deemed it was a fire hazard. I even raised an extra issue I was having with my door latch after he arrived, and he was more than happy and capable of addressing it. I’m very happy with HandiCo’s service and will use them in the future for sure!

I've used Handico for several years and have always been very happy with their work. They're my go-to for any home maintenance needs. They're dependable, reasonably priced, professional, courteous, and thorough.

I've been using Handico for the past few years for all kinds of work - plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc. They are always on-time, professional, competent and trust worthy. I never question using them. Tom has been to my place a few times and always takes good care of us...make sure that he explains what he's going to do and only does what is actually needed.
I will continue to call on them when I have any task that is above my skill level

I love working with Handico. We've referred several clients to them who have done electrical and handy work. Recently I used them to fix something in my home and Mike and Tom were great. I wasn't home at all but we were communicating via phone. He called to give me updates and inform me on everything he was doing.
I would definitely use them again and refer them to whomever is needing handy work done in their home.

This is the second time our Condo Assoc. has used HandiCo and we are extremely happy with the results. It is very easy to schedule an appointment online and I like the fact you can attach pictures to the request. The reply from Mike was very prompt and the work was scheduled quickly. Tom, the carpenter, came about and after a short meeting with him, he took care of the work with no problems. He did a nice job of explaining different options for fixing our front gate and it turned out great. The gate finally stays closed !!!!

We will be using HandiCo on future work for our Assoc. and I will definitely use them for work in my unit. They do a great job of communication and the work is top notch. Very satisfied.

I used Handico for their paint services recently and I wasn’t thrilled with the outcome. However, I was quickly contacted and they went above and beyond to make sure I was ultimately satisfied. How a company handles situations with frustrated customers says a lot and I greatly appreciate the level of service I received. I’d feel safe trying again and booking services with them in the future.

We had a 'honey-do' list that had gotten too overwhelming to handle on our own, and HandiCo made quick and professional work of it across two days. They were on time, neat + tidy, professional and kind. We enjoyed chatting with the team they sent, and they did great work! We will definitely use their services again.

Making the appointment was simple. Company bonded/insured and Andrew showed up on time, was efficient and did the work. Pretty straight forward. One snafu was my invoice went to spam, but that was a hassle for HandiCo, not me. I would recommend this agency.

I had a great experience using HandiCo to fix an issue with my Kitchen Sink. Setting up the appointment was extremely easy through their web site. They did an excellent job of explaining to me the best way to fix the problem and then implementing the solution. They arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner and made sure to clean up after themselves. I would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend their service to others in the future.

I reached out to Handico recently to have some work done around our home. Joe was great to work with in scheduling the appointment and even moved us up a few days. Andrew came over to do the work and was also very professional and did a fantastic job! Highly recommend

Had the need to get some walls patched in a hallway laundry room as well as get the room painted. HandiCo was the most communicative in replying as well as the most competitive for the work to be done. And Andrew R. was a true professional. Very glad to have used them!!

We had Handico come out and build a gazebo for us in the backyard and they were so nice and so quick! We will definitely be using them again for other projects.

Loved working with this company! I hired HandiCo to demolish an aging/dangerous wooden patio enclosure built by the previous owner and I couldn't be happier with the results. The crew was on time, professional, and took great care in removing/disposing of everything safely. They addressed all my concerns and clearly communicated with me every step of the way. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

I've worked with Handico throughout the years and so far they don't disappoint. This year and last, they sent Andrew for our wall-ceiling repair projects and he was very courteous, professional, and diligent. We will continue to look to Handico, Inc. for our handyman projects. Hopefully, they won't get too busy after this review. ;)=)

As always, the tradesman who arrived was courteous, prompt, and skilled. Addressed all my concerns. Even noticed tub filler handle was loose when he was filling a bucket to test his installation and fixed that, too. Will continue to use them for all my landlord repairs. My only quibble is they frequently add an hour or two to their invoices and their billing team is totally unresponsive to correspondence. I've had to reach out to the owner multiple times to get over-billing addressed.

Thank you to Joe and everyone at HandiCo for their assistance in getting my house ready to list for sale this spring. Joe was able to get me a quote and the work completed quickly so I could list my condo at just the right time. Work completed was patching walls, painting walls, install of kitchen faucet, painting metal behind range, replace damaged floor boards and caulking windows. It was so nice to be able to get all of this work done with one company. Would definitely recommend HandiCo!
