Ken was referred to me by Belmont Village Senior Living to help with hanging pictures and setting up a phone system in my mom's new apartment. From the initial call at his office Janea was polite, efficient and friendly. They provided quick attentive communication and service. Ken was very patient with all the odds n' ends we had to get together. I highly recommend ProActiv Prevention

From start to finish, excellent experience. I found them as I embarked on installing an RO system for our home and the company recommended them. Additionally we had a leaky faucet that needed urgent updating. The prompt communication, the professionalism- they will not oversell you on work and repairs. Ken focused on addressing what we needed, solving the core issue.The reviews here are true; one of the best plumbing services I have worked with and with our lovely, but old home…that is saying a lot!

I have used this service 5 times now. OMG great service and great price. Yes GREAT PRICE. I suggest you call them first and get a quote. Also Ken is so kind and helpful. My project had a slight issue but Ken took his time to make sure it was perfect. This guy is amazing.

First time using Proactive When l called l spoke with Ms Jeana and she was so nice told everything I needed to know , she took her time and walked me through everything. Marcus ( handyman Tech) came out and he was on time and did a fantastic outstanding job. Will keep them on speed dial.

I needed a ductless range hood replacement in my condo. When I moved in, the existing range hood was installed too low for my height. Ken came through after multiple other handymen ghosted me. He gave great advice to install an insert range hood, and he worked carefully to move the electrical outlet and maintain my existing cabinets. After many months of uncertainty, I feel confident Proactiv Prevention solved a challenging problem with a great solution and professional service. Highly recommended!

I used this Proactiv Prevention to install a water filtration system for a kitchen sink. They were quick to respond and provide a quote. Marcus, the handyman who did the work, was incredibly nice. He took his time to do the work properly, and he did a fantastic job. I’ll definitely use their services next time I need something.

We recently purchased a condo and had a number of jobs we needed taken care of in the place. Tom from Handico arrived promptly on time, was very professional and did a high quality job. he was even able to fix our existing disposal so we could return the new one we purchased. We will continue to use Handico when we have handyman needs.

I had a water staining on the ceiling of my downstair's bathroom. Mike from HandiCo was super quick to get back to me and set up an appointment. The repairman, friendly and on time (which is rare) not only was thorough while he was detecting where the leak was coming from, he limited the amount of damage done to my unit. He found the source (an upstairs toilet) and repaired it. They came back later to ensure that the leak was indeed solved and that everything was dry to repair the ceiling. After the fix, you wouldn't even know any damage had even occurred. Flawless repair, from the drywall to the painting. While it is a little more pricey than I was wanting, it was worth it for the level of quality they provided. I'd definitely go with HandiCo the next time I have any home repair needs.

I've used them two or three times now. The repair guys are prompt, courteous, very professional and extremely efficient. They work quickly but flawlessly. I've had them do electrical work, change bulbs, replace fixtures, etc. They always get the job done efficiently. Demond M., Drew and Tom are the technicians I have used and they have always done fantastic work. Handico is a bit expensive though, but relative as the work is top notch! :-)

Handico was a great company to work with. They were easy to schedule, and when we had trouble with our lighting they came out and fixed the problem right away. Very professional, and will use again!

I have used HandiCo for various different projects including hanging art installation, curtains, taking down shelving, putting up shelving - anything that I need around the house. First time I hired HandiCo and was pleasantly surprised with their technician, Desmond, who was pleasant, courteous, patient, and very professional. These gentlemen were punctual, professional and hard working. The work was A+ and they left our condo neat and clean. They had to patch cracks in the ceiling (high rise) and each patch was done perfectly. They might not be the least expensive option (although they were not the highest quote, either). However, they are worth a bit more money based on the quality of service you will receive. I will gladly hire them again and recommend them to friends.

I used HandiCo a number of times at my old condo and was very pleased, so when I needed some “honey do” projects in my home, I didn’t hesitate to call. As usuals they were prompt with responding and scheduling and generally things went well. I did deduct a star for two things: first, one of the projects never got completed- I don’t know if he just forgot about it or what, but I realized it wasn’t done until after he left. It’s a small one that I guess I could do on my own, but part of the reason I hired a handyman to do it was because I don’t have time to do it myself. The second issue was that another project involved pulling out a permanently installed window air conditioner: whoever installed it used a ton of nails, glue, and who knows what else to jerry-rig it into place. To get it out, he actually had to use an electric saw, cutting through plywood and nails/screws. Unfortunately the AC is right by our children’s playpen and toys, and though he moved the playpen out of the way, I wish he had told me before he started cutting so I could have draped a drop cloth or something over it so the kids things wouldn’t be covered in sawdust and metal shavings. We ended up having to hand-clean every toy and I was worried we couldn’t get it all (my children are infants so they still put everything in their mouth). So overall a good experience, but those two issues were really disappointing.
