I use Urban Street Window Works to clean my business windows! They are reliable and do an amazing job every time! I tried washing the windows myself and I had sore arms for a week and I did a bad job so I definitely recommend them!

These guys are super professional. Take-your-shoes-off-at-the-door kind of professional. They worked quickly and it was the best window cleaning I've had, and I've had two other companies previously. Equally important, they were friendly and fun to chat with. I practically wanted to offer them a drink, except they were on the clock. Definitely going to use them on a regular basis, and in fact I set up a regular schedule which was super easy to do.

Scott, James, and Matt were very professional, efficient, and answered all of my questions promptly. I highly recommend them, and look forward to working with them on future projects!

We're very happy with our service from Urban Street Window Works! I own a daycare in Bucktown- they wash all of our windows, inside and out and occasionally do other window work for us.
They have great customer service- very organized and responsive. I also love their customer portal- it has everything in one place, not just payments & invoicing but also their upcoming schedule for service and I can also request additional work thru the site.
While it's true my previous window washer charged less (not much less) but I think for the cusomter service, quality window washing and the features of the portal, it's worth it by far!

Online scheduling and estimate process was easy. Friendly staff arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned all 11 of our large 1st floor windows in a little over an hour for a reasonable price. And they are sparkling clean! I didn't think I'd care so much about having clean windows, but I'm so pleased.

Great guys that came to clean our floor to ceiling wi Dow’s in our corner apartment. The scheduling on line was fast and easy. They did fantastic work and the were helpful and fast. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

The Urban Street Window team did a phenomenal job cleaning and treating my condo windows. Urban Street Window Works cleans our office windows and I LOVE the service they provide! The windows always look great, every employee has been friendly and very helpful and they're reasonably priced! Our old window cleaning company would come pretty sporadically and we could never get a set schedule. Urban Street comes right on schedule (unless the weather delays) and even dresses up at Halloween! Glad we found them!

This was a great service. We have a 3 story townhouse with a variety of windows which hadn't been cleaned in a few years. From the start of the process, Tom was very helpful and the system allowed for convenient scheduling. I had no problems with scheduling the appointment and there were a lot of times to choose from. The technicians were awesome, friendly, and efficient/thorough. For the interior/exterior job, it took them under 2.5 hrs. They were very pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. They also made sure to get at all the types of windows we have throughout the house and really worked at removing long-standing stains. Maybe a bit on the pricier side as compared to some other quotes, but worth every dollar and definitely a good value for the quality. Will definitely be using them again.

We have used Urban Street Window Works for interior/exterior of my gym. We cover 4 storefronts of all glass, so the appearance is very important to us. We have always had great service and the windows shine when they are done. We have also been happy with the communication from the team as we changed cleaning frequencies. Highly recommend!

I used Urban Street Window Works for 2-3 years to clean the windows of my business. I never had a single problem-- the cleaning was always done as scheduled, and changes to payment methods, schedule, etc were easily dealt with. I moved out of the area, and so I no longer use them, but would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

I didn’t realize how dirty my windows were until after they cleaned them. They looked brand new. The crew arrived on time, brought all their own stuff and worked fast but carefully. They even cleaned the screens and tracks without me asking. I have a two story home and they got every window without leaving a mess. The guy was friendly and explained how often I should get it done depending on the weather. The only small issue was a little water on the floor by one window but it dried quick. Totally worth it though. Price was fair and I didn’t have to lift a finger. I’ve already scheduled them to come back in six months. If you want your house to shine call these guys. I couldn’t believe how much light came in after.
