Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning Service cleaned our Air Ventilation system and Dryer Vent in our new home. They had this special offer we took advantage off. They cleaned everything thoroughly, they showed us with video camera too. After the cleaning they sanitized all the vents. Overall very happy with the service and the technician.

I stumbled upon Lowe's Cleaning Services from Yelp and Google search. From what little reviews I saw from their website, I was convinced I would give them a try. I figured if they deviated from their quoted price from their website (it was $249 special deal for duct cleaning, sanitation, and dryer vent cleaning), I could always kick them to the curb and get someone else.

I was pleasantly surprised!

I made the appointment and Nick asked two questions: How many furnace I had and how many floors are in the house. And they do cleaning on Sundays!

Milo came at the reserved time and only asked to look at where the furnace was and all the openings and returns and he started working. No haggling and nothing. Once he completed the work, I had ask him why one of the room was really cold and he found the problem and helped with fixing the problem - at no extra charge! I tipped the guy on his way out.

After having a really bad experience with a different company that also does duct cleaning, among other thing, Lowe's Cleaning Services is a breath of fresh air and they charge half the price than that other company that does work four seasons of the year.

I will definitely use them again and will definitely recommend them!

Dan was great! He was quick and professional. He made sure to show me everything before and after. He also answered all my questions as I'm a new homeowner and don't know too much.

Worst service guy was trying to skip vents email customer service but no response. Guy was lazy and on his phone DONT believe them for 100% guarantee. Wife had to follow him around after she saw him not doing the job right was annoyed when she didn’t want add services.

This is literally the best value for the best price type of company. I spoke with Paul who was very professional and quick to book the gold package for my house. The tech came within 2 days and didn't just thoroughly clean all the vents for the HVAC but the dryer machine one too. Defo recommending!

Dan was very professional and on time. He also walked us through every step before he completed it. He was very thorough in the details of the work. He was also very efficient and answered every question I had. Dan was also polite, efficient, and patient. He also located my dry vent and showed me where it was as I didn’t know.

A+ Experience with this company! Malden (the tech) was amazing. Went above and beyond to make sure the job was complete. Drying used to take hours before the vent was cleaned by Lowes. Now it is back to 30 to 40 mins like the day the dryer was installed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a professional to come clean dryer vents or duct work.

Their parking lot has a predatory parking company who’ll boot your car if you try to find their business. Stay away.

Very happy with the service.
1. Submitted a request online after hours EDT. Did not expect to hear back from them until the next day. But got a call back in 10 mins. Nick explained me the packages and the discounted pricing.
2. Of the three packages, he recommended the Gold package (the middle one) and I was able to get a next day appointment.
3. I received an email with the price and another appointment confirmation.
4. Stefan called before and was able to make it before the appointment time. When he arrived he walked around the house (with a shoe cover) checked the vents and explained the process and confirmed the package i signed up.
5. He removed all the vent covers (15 of them) and washed them.
6. He then used the rotobrush, vaccumed into each vent and then put the vent cover back.
7. He sanitized the AC and then cleaned the dryer vent.

He spent nearly 3 hours and I was very happy with the professionalism.

What I liked the most is
1. Upfront flat pricing. Did not come for $100 and then end up paying $500.
2. On time and professional thorough service.
3. Stefan did not try and sell me anything.
