We had odor coming from our AC system and ducts, suspecting mold and dust buildup inside. Andre, Clint and Joey done such a great job it already smell 100 times better in the house! Its an old apartment and I beleive previous owner never cleeaned the ducts before. They did such a great job i couldnt beleive how clean everything was when its done.
Thank you so much and we will surely want them to come every year to do regular check ups and cleanings!

I recently hired EM Duct Cleaning for a full furnace cleaning and deep duct clean, and the experience was outstanding from beginning to end. The technicians arrived on time, were extremely professional, and walked me through every step of the process so I knew exactly what to expect.

They performed a thorough deep clean of the furnace, removing built-up dust, debris, and contaminants that had clearly been affecting the system. They also completed a meticulous duct cleaning, ensuring every vent and main line was spotless. I really appreciated the before-and-after photos—they made it clear just how much work went into the job.

Fantastic and friendly service, easy to schedule and cleaning happened same day! Andre and Clinton were very personable and did a spectacular job with my duct deep cleaning, even helping me fix and hook up a faulty dryer vent. They were very knowledgeable in their recommendations for energy efficiency, heat distribution, and allergen reduction. Would definitely recommend their services.

Service was great. Two guys performed the duct/vent cleaning. Both guys were professional and experienced know the job really well. The main tech name was Andre the guy was respectful, and pro. Definitely recommended the service.

Kameron & Clint did a fantastic job, very thorough and transparent the entire process, walked us through each step as they progressed through our gross vent system that hadn't been serviced by our landlord in over a decade! They squeezed us in before the holidays too, which was incredibly accommodating. We plan to recommend them to everyone in our building. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Andre and his team deserve more than five stars. Why? They actually care about their clients/customers. Yeah, they did a great job cleaning out the dryer and other ducts for six apartments and yes, it is cleaner and warmer than before but what got to me was Andre's going beyond....
It had snowed 9 inches the day before. I shoveled both of my properties (four times) but Andre picked up the shovel and created more snow-free space on both properties. It was cold, there was lots of work to do and well, he took the time out to help a customer.
I recommend Andre and his team without any reservations. Before leaving, he gave me a concise summary of the work that had to be done (it was decades since the last duct cleanings) and how to maintain the work they had done until my check in in two years.

Dion & Devon are excellent individuals. They were professional, explained everything that was going to happen. Pricing before, explained the warranty etc. Will definitely be using them again.

They took time to educate me along the way, helping me understand why annual vent cleaning is important and why duct cleaning should be done every three to four years. Their mannerisms, politeness, and professionalism made me feel completely comfortable having them in my home.

After learning more about the importance of duct cleaning and how to maintain more efficient air quality throughout the year, I was also informed about the UV light option. I’m excited to say that I decided to make that additional purchase as an extra layer of protection for my system and filters.

I'm so thrilled with EM DUCT CLEANING! They really went the extra mile to show my folks, who are seniors, what dangers they were dealing with, breathing in all that old dust, smoke, mold, and pet stuff. The customer service was top-notch. Osher is very knowledgeable and provided me a thorough explanation of the condition of my system and what’s needed. Pricing is fair too and they do a great job.
