Anthony and Jose did our entire condo complex for dryer vent cleaning. From the start they were polite and professional. They put on booties and cleaned up after the dryer vent cleaning. All the work was done quickly and efficiently. And they both were quite knowledgeable. A great team and company.

Highly recommend them if you need your air vents and dryer vents cleaned! Super easy scheduling and fair price. Eugene was great -he kept us appraised of arrival time, did a great job explaining everything to us, and was super thorough!

Anthony and Eugene came to clean air ducts and dryer vent. They were very knowledgeable and patient with me as they explained the process. Additionally, they shared useful tips and recommendations regarding filters, furnaces, etc. Overall, they were incredible, and I would recommend them to anyone. I do not typically write reviews, but they were so great, I felt the need to share.
PS. I also have a very feisty dog that they had to work around.

I had a great experience working with this company. Scheduling was nice and easy, price was right, and the technicians did a really great job. One of the technicians in particular was extremely helpful in explaining everything to me and giving recommendations in order to maintain the improved air quality as well as keep the dryer vent cleaned. He seemed very honest and trustworthy based on his answers to my questions. I would definitely use them again. The only suggestions for improvement would be to keep the customer in the loop related to late arrivals and it would be nice to have the option of the camera to see inside the ducts in the future.

Our small condo building engaged Ugly Ductling to perform duct cleaning services and they did an amazing job when they came by. They were really efficient, explained the issues we had previously and the fixes they were making, and were very polite/friendly (an added bonus!). Our neighbors were all very happy as well, so I’m sure we will use them again next time and would recommend to others looking for duct maintenance services as well.

When the guys came, they were very thorough, provided a ton of explanation & insight, and shared proactive/helpful tips.
I had a much different experience with another company four years ago and as it turns out, they completed about 50% of the job... (in addition to leaving me with a MAJOR mess to clean up and dropping a phone in one of the vents, to which they had to cut it out).
Ugly Ductling is the only service for vent cleaning that I will ever use again. Bravo!

Deon and Devon were awesome. Showed up in the window they had specified. Gave me a fair quote for cleaning ducts that hadn't been cleaned in at least 6 years. Completed their work in about 2 hours. Fast, affordable and friendly.

Devon and Deon were so lovely to work with and have over for our multi-unit vent/duct cleaning! I have worked with other companies before and genuinely loved working with EM more because of Devon and Deon and their professionalism. It’s been almost 5 years since our last HVAC cleaning, and this was the second time Kam has worked on our system. My husband and I were so impressed. Kam and Xavier were fantastic! They were professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They handled the cleaning and installed a UV light, taking the time to explain everything clearly.
