Stefan was professional explained all the steps he was going to do, suggested another step that they can do would recommend them to anyone who wants there vents cleaned out would give them more stars

Really good place to have them come and clean your house, they give an estimate so you know before hand. Good job and fast. They left everything clean and I'll consider them for next time.
They do have free parking and offer other services.

They were flexible at first in cleaning my apt last minute. I tried to reach them to follow up on their work conducted. Unfortunately, it was hard to get in touch with them; and did not provide the services needed. I asked the tech; if the smoking smell comes back; he said it was not his problem.

They were able to get a clog out of my dryer vent that had resisted our efforts to remove. Fast, friendly and professional. I will absolutely call them again!

They didn't do a good job cleaning up after themselves. There were balls of dust sprayed all over my curtain and bed by the vent. It was definitely a get in and get out kind of service.

Update: I just changed my review to 1 star because they would rather lie about their poor service then try to do right about it. Every poor review they get they claim you're not a real customer and cant find you in their database. Go somewhere else to get your ducts cleaned.

I was able to secure an appointment within a day. My technician was on time, professional, fully explained everything, and was quick. The cost for the service I received was second to none.

Micky came out to clean my ducts and dryer vent today and he was great!

I had 4 other companies come look, and provide quotes but Micky and Lowe's were the only company that had answers to all my questions, were responsive, and when he was here he was incredibly polite and professional.

I would recommend for any general/annual duct cleaning needed!

Excellent. All around fantastic. They are courteous and thorough. Explain everything and usually can get you in fairly quickly. I have used other companies in the past and they were horrible in every way. Lowes is the one to choose!

Do not go here or you will get booted. The private company, innovative parking solutions, has no grace period. I walked into the wrong store and walked out in under two minutes and was booted.
