Kameron and Marty came to our home and cleaned out everything. We had multiple questions and they both answered honestly and without hesitation. The service was pretty fast overall and they provided video and pictures showing the difference of before and after. Nancy also helped out with explaining what the Groupon covered and what additional charges could potentially pop up before they came out so I wasn’t shocked by the price when they were here. Overall all 3 of the individuals I encountered would make me use this company again in the future.

Deon and Devon did an amazing job cleaning doing a deep clean of my entire vent system. They were quick to call out areas that you can tell haven’t been cleaned in years. The previous owners of my house had dogs and the smell went away instantly.

Dione and Devon (the twins) did a fantastic job. We just moved into our home where the previous owners had cats, and the first thing we did was clean our vents. They finished within and hour and it already smells so much better.

Deion and Devon were great. They showed up on time, explained the full process very thoroughly. They were both extremely professional as they moved through our home removing all the debris from our ducts. They gave excellent tips as it pertains to the work they completed. WOW! From start to finish this company knows how to satisfy their customers! Andre and Clint were so knowledgeable. Not only that, they did a fantastic job cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent! Andre and Clinton cleaned our house so beautifully. I didn’t realize how much dirt and debris were in my ducts. My home smells fresh and Andre gave me lots of tips on maintaining filters, water traps, fans, and things that I could do to keep the house cleaner in between visits. Five Star service I will definitely have them come back as needed!

Deon and Devon were awesome. They worked quick, professional and were very clean. Explained everything as they worked and showed us when they would come across there was anything we might of needed to see (how dirty the returns actually were, the filters, ect). Highly recommend those two for sure and we will for sure use them again next time!

The entire crew was kind, informative, and extremely efficient. They took the time to explain everything, shared eye-opening before photos (including old toys and years of buildup 🤢), and followed up with impressive after videos showing how spotless everything was. The transformation was unreal.

Their communication was outstanding — I emailed them on a Saturday night, received a call Sunday afternoon, and they were at the house the very next day. That level of responsiveness is rare.

They were very quick and unintrusive throughout the cleaning process only stopping to keep me updated as they progressed. The team performed a deep, comprehensive cleaning of the entire property, focusing on high-touch areas, baseboards, and deep carpet maintenance. They were meticulous, handled our belongings with care, and utilized high-efficiency equipment that didn't leave any strong chemical odors behind. Every room was left immaculate, and their attention to detail—especially in the kitchen and bathrooms—was outstanding. Excellent communication throughout the process.

For the same price I could have had the dryer vent cleaned by another company from the inside and outside with an inspection afterward to make sure everything was working properly. Over the phone I was given the impression that these services would be matched. However, it was only cleaned from the outside. Plus, the tech seemed careless in that he didn’t close exterior doors after him and left my dryer running after he was finished and had left. Wish I would have gone with Mr. Duct who sent an email with the services included.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Work was thorough and efficient. Service was professional and courteous.

Horrible customer service, I’ve tried about 4 times to schedule an appointment & they never came through. Excuses after excuses. Definitely don’t recommend. Especially if I have to be the one to call just to confirm wether or not my appointment is going to be followed through so I don’t get stood up the day of, as the last couple times.

Great company, very profesional! I am above satisfied with their service. Will call them again when needed for sure.
