I had to wait for a spot of service after being told a time the day before, only to have the technician show up late. The next day, I called to speak to someone, and what followed was a frustrating ordeal with their AI virtual attendant, Sarah. It took multiple attempts just to get a human on the phone, and even then, I had to ask if there's an alternative way to book appointments without relying on the AI. To make matters worse, Sarah couldn't provide me with a quote for the service, saying I'd have to wait another day. The rep's response was laughable - basically, no, you can't avoid the AI.

Luckily, Four Seasons made things right within 10 minutes by recognizing their mistake and scheduling me in for that same day. However, this experience left a sour taste in my mouth. In these times, I think businesses are jumping on the AI bandwagon too quickly without considering its potential pitfalls. When an AI system causes more problems than it solves, it's a major turn-off.

Update: Four Seasons reached out and acknowledged their mistake. The staff seems like genuinely good people who want to make things right.
