Miguel did a fantastic job both to clear our lint exhaust as well as clearing all of our air ducts. He was thorough, professional, punctual and trustworthy. I was truly impressed with his commitment to getting the job done right. I definitely recommend him and will use him again.

I hired ADMS to clean out my dryer vent. Miguel was responsive, professional, courteous, and efficient. He gave me a special discount for the services because an expired offer was still posted on a third party website. I chose to pay the initial quote. The job ended up being much more than expected and Miguel did an amazing job, explaining the work as he went along. In the end, our dryer vents were nearly filled with lint. He filled half a garbage bag. No wonder why our clothes took forever to dry! Now it takes a fraction of the time. Will definitely hire them again!

Miguel and his team are the only option I would ever consider in Chicago moving forward. They are more than half the cost of companies who pay crazy ads on google for lackluster service. They were twice as long as expected (due to more work being required than initially expected), and they did not raise their costs like other would. Whah are you waiting for, call Miguel now!

Miguel responded to my text for a dryer vent cleaning quote promptly. Was able to easily schedule an appt. He kept me informed of his arrival time. Was great at explaining what he was doing and having me confirm the job was completed. Did a nice job and was considerate of my home in wearing shoe coverings and leaving everything neat. Would recommend.

I would highly recommend Air Duct Maintenance Solutions LLC. They were very professional. They explained everything they were going to do. They also took pictures and showed me what they had done. Everything was left cleaned. They took their time and did an excellent job.

Miguel and David were amazing! My standards are very high with services as I also provide services and expect as close to perfect as possible.
Miguel and David are perfectionists! The pics show the work they do. Above that, Miguel made something on the spot to hold my filter in place. The job took them longer than anticipated bc my vents were that bad! They didn’t cut it short or hurry it up! There isn’t an ounce of dust visible.
Quality work at a great price. I called four seasons and they quoted me $700 with a coupon I had for a basic cleaning. Miguel’s price was much more affordable(half of other place), they didn’t hurry up, they did excellent work and Miguel even went above and beyond to find a solution for my filter! It’s clear he loves what he does and puts pride into his work. We need more of that work ethic and dedication!!!

Absolutely phenomenal experience for our dryer vent cleaning. Other vendors may clean your vents but they won't point out issues that cause long term problems like this team did. Miguel and the team are unbelievable absolutely cannot recommend enough.

They. Were. WONDERFUL—first I got a play-by-play over the phone from Miguel of what would happen and what everything would cost, which was absolutely in line with industry averages in Chicago where all the houses are old like mine haha - Miguel and Jesus got here literally EXACTLY when they told me they would on a weekday (wow), conducted a full scale cleaning and sanitizing of both my HVAC systems (I have an old Chicago bungalow so a separate system upstairs and downstairs), FIXED A VENT that Miguel realized had been installed wrongly AND added a dryer-vent cleaning while they were here—all for exactly the prices they quoted and EXACTLY on time for how long they said it would take - HIRE THEM IMMEDIATELY, no need to call anyone else!! I’m serious they were great, and took my old, weird house in stride (see photos of my 100-year-old return vents) and were sweet to my dog! Best service experience ever just when I needed it!

The work is absolutely fabulous! They diligently cleaned each vent and took before and after pictures of each vent as they cleaned. They put on covering on their feet to not scratch my hardwood floors and I really appreciated that. After their work, my system works well and is a hevk of a lot warmer in the winter before they came! I am already planning to use them again for another property! Try them once and never look back.

I have used several other duct cleaning companies throughout the years, so I know the good from the not so good, and VERY RARELY, the great. Miguel and David are truly a rare breed of GREAT. I can’t say enough about the quality of service and hard work I witnessed on my 2 level apartment. I have one register that is 20’ over a STAIRCASE, and somehow they were able to service it! They worked tirelessly for hours to ensure that everything was done correctly. From the first phone call, to clean up after the job was completed, Miguel was a consummate professional. I would hire him for any service he performs, knowing he will give it 100%! I feel so fortunate that I found his company! What integrity and work ethic!

Miguel and his team did a great job. Incredibly professional, thorough, and communicative. They ended up taking longer than initially quoted because the size of the project was larger than expected (multi-unit building with recent renovations), but for the time put in, only increased the final total by a marginal and completely fair amount.

If you need duct cleaning, this is honestly the only company I’d recommend calling. Scheduling was quick and easy, they clearly explained the entire process, showed up right on time, and wore shoe coverings, which I appreciated.

They weren’t the cheapest option, but 100% definitely worth it. I can confidently say they did the job right and didn’t cut any corners. While other companies estimated about 2 hours (which honestly should be a red flag), Miguel estimated 5-6 hours. It was 2 guys and they actually spent about 7 hours here doing a full duct cleaning plus two dryer vents, working hard the entire time until it was complete.

They set up a negative air pressure machine outside with a large filtered bag to capture dust, cleaned each vent first with a 25ft agitating brush, then thoroughly cleaned the furnace supply and return vents with multiple passes until everything was truly clean.

They also provided plenty of before and after photos so you could see the difference.

If you want the job done properly, these are your guys!
