Great overall experience working with Ignite. Their reps are all professional and informative. They were very thorough and explained all the work they did (chimney lining). Thought that the process might take a bit longer but they finished before their target time. Grateful to have a nice company in the neighborhood. Highly recommend Ignite for your chimney needs!

Tommy did flashing and cap on my chimney. Luca and Rey were the installers for the liner. They worked efficiently and quickly. Ignite was extraordinary. Allen visited my apartment and quickly and expertly explained my options for a new gas fireplace. I had a reasonable estimate within a few days, and less than two weeks after the initial visit his team arrived to install the new unit. They did a very professional and friendly job, taking extra time and effort to resolve an issue with fitting the new unit into my old fireplace, and to make sure I knew how to operate it. The new gas log unit looks beautiful and works great, and I'm looking forward to a cozy winter with it! I wholeheartedly recommend Ignite for its great service and high-quality product.

Had a conversion to gas fireplace service from Ignite. Tommy, my technician, was fabulous. Could not ask for better service. He explained everything and answered all my questions in detail as I wasn't 100% comfortable at first going to a gas fireplace. He tripled checked with me before he left to make sure I had all the info I needed to feel safe. He set up a beautiful gas log fireplace which is so much nicer than my prior messy burnt wood one. Cost was very fair too. I highly recommend Ignite and Tommy for your fireplace needs!

Rob and the company were fantastic to work with. We met originally during an inspection of the fireplace prior to purchasing a condo. He was so knowledgeable that we had him replace the old unit with a new remote controlled unit. We love it. Hoping for some cold weather now!!

Ignite helped me greatly by providing a free estimate after hearing about a bad experience with a different company. Rob inspected my fireplace and took time to explain all the components of the fireplace/chimney, as this is my first time living in a home that has one. Rob ensured my fireplace was in a safe and working condition, and I ended up having a gas log installed by him. I had a wonderful experience with this company! Ignite Chimney has been fantastic throughout the entire process of fixing our appliance liner and fireplace. Extremely responsive, both the office and the owners Vinny and Allen. Lucas and the team who did the repairs were extremely thorough and high attention to detail. Left our place as if they had never been here, aside from leaving being a perfect working fireplace. Couldn't be happier, there isn't another company I'd consider for future needs.

Ignite Chimney and Fireplace were literal life savers for us! We had used a different company in years past to clean and maintain our fireplace (they identified the need for and installed a chimney liner and an exhaust fan). We were not confident in the work provided by the other company and that skepticism proved correct when we suffered a chimney fire this year. We got a couple of estimates for the repairs, and it was a no-brainer to go with Allen and Ignite. His price was extremely competitive, he exuded professionalism and know-how, and he was willing to complete the work immediately. Allen, Vinny, Luca and the rest of the Ignite team were extremely professional and quickly discovered that the malpractice of our former chimney company (and, as it turned out, our builder) was going to make the repair significantly more difficult than anticipated (long story short, the masonry of the chimney was incomplete and exposed an internal wall of our house, exposed wood, insulation and even a gas line to direct contact with our chimney liner, and put us at risk for a chimney collapse or explosion). Allen was able to audible to a much more significant repair, and was extremely reasonable with the incremental pricing, even though we were obviously vulnerable for a re-trade at that point! The crew worked quickly and efficiently, and were able to finish on our original timeline despite the significant change in the project's scope. I will be a life-long customer.

We just had our fireplaces serviced by Tommy, and he was great! He explained how everything works to us and took his time to inspect and clean each unit and now the glass is sparkling! These guys were both kind and professional from beginning to end. We had a dangerous situation with our chimney and everyone, from Sally on the other end of the customer service line to Allen the engineer went above and beyond to make sure we were seen and serviced as soon as possible. They even worked with us on a payment plan to make sure we could expedite the fix. So so appreciative of their top notch work and their concern for our family.
