Dryer Vent: Worked with Miguel to diagnose what was causing low heat and “check vent” on gas dryer. He cleaned internal vent, went on the roof and determined there was a vent on exterior of building, (3rd floor condo). He was able to access and clean out a birds nest. Miguel was professional, responsive and kept in touch on day of appointment. Great job and would recommend!

Miguel and David did a great job on our condo's dryer vent cleaning - highly recommend their services! After reading reviews of multiple places and talking on the phone with Miguel, I felt most comfortable going w/ his team. They had a competitive price and Miguel was super friendly and provided me helpful information about the process / what to expect.

Since they worked on our whole condo building, they had to navigate different vent locations/processes for each unit - but they figured everything out and did it very efficiently. We plan on using them on a consistent basis for regular maintenance going forward!

Amazing job. We decided to go with Air Duct Maintenance Solutions because they had such amazing reviews even though they weren’t the cheapest quote we got. They definitely did not disappoint. Some of the other companies didn’t ask anything about whether or not the ducts had been cleaned before and seemed to totally confident that they could do it in 2 to 3 hours. Miguel had a different approach because he is focused on making sure he cleans out every part of your ducts. You may spend a little bit more, but he will stay and work hard until he gets to the job done. We had just bought the house so we didn’t know if the ducts had ever been cleaned. It turned out they were completely filthy and probably hadn’t been cleaned in 60 years. They stayed the entire day with a short lunch break and even went into the crawlspace to make sure they got every part of the ducts cleaned. About halfway through I could swear the air got fresher. They were very polite and very helpful. I had been sick and one of them even offered to help me carry something out of the street completely unrelated to the job I hired them for. I would definitely hire them again no question.

Ignite did an excellent job. I needed a new dryer vent placed in, an existing vent to be corrected, and our fireplace cleaned. They did a fantastic job on all of these projects. Their prices are reasonable, their staff are all professional and kind, and the work that was done was clean and done well. I’ll keep coming back for regular fireplace cleanings and any other chimney work I need done in the future. Definitely 5 star service.

I hired Ignite on behalf of my clients after reaching out to Ignite and 5-6 other fireplace companies that were referred to me by colleagues. From the first call, it was evident that this company was well-organized, their staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and I felt confident proceeding with them. They were up front that there would likely be a charge for the first visit (this is typical), but the fee was not over-the-top...and besides, they are coming to do work, they should be compensated! They followed up to confirm scheduling and also made it easy to communicate via text if needed. Day-of, the tech Tommy was communicative about his timing coming from another job, and asked lots of questions before even arriving on site to be sure he had the right info, tools, etc. walking in the door. I accompanied the visit with my clients, and can confirm that Tommy is SO knowledgeable, took time to address any and all of our concerns and questions, and assured that everything was in working order. He advised my clients regarding their setup and showed them all of the options that would work best for them in their home. Post-visit, both Tommy and the office staff were accessible and responsive when my clients had questions regarding their selection options. Once ordered, the install scheduling was once again clear and easy, and the fireplace looks amazing in their home. As someone who works with a LOT of contractors, inspectors, etc. I feel that Ignite stands out in their professionalism, responsiveness, and follow-up. Their pricing is also not only fair, but transparent. 10/10 would recommend and will continue to do so for all clients in the future!

Excellent work and service! We had a complex issue with multiple fireplaces in our large home. An earlier vendor had not been able to fix our fireplaces. Ignite came out, did a thorough inspection, and did an excellent job fixing and repairing our fireplaces. They were professional and they really know what they are doing. We recommend them highly!

The owner Allen was very respectful and communicative, explained the entire repair of my appliance liner in detail and even showed pictures while on the roof. They were punctual and completed the job in a timely matter. Also a huge thanks for proceeding with the job in inclement weather!

They’re lifesavers, literally!

We had ignite out for an annual inspection and cleaning this fall. Turns out one of the last fires we had in the winter actually created a chimney fire! Thankfully we had the inspection before using it again, otherwise.. well who knows!

Allen came out, professional as always to do the inspection and advised we not use it again until fixed. This was obviously a bummer given the cost associated to it. Thankfully, Allen worked directly with our homeowners insurance to cover a vast majority of the cost.

It was a big undertaking; relining the entire chimney, brick work, etc.. Allen walked me through every step of it… His team was prompt, clean and super friendly!

Not only will I continue to use Ignite for my annual cleaning and inspection. But I’d recommend them to anyone else who often uses their fireplace!
