I had a great experience with Ignite Fire & Chimney. From my initial call to the office explaining the issue I was having, they were able to immediately identify the problem, send someone out for an inspection on short order, and provide an estimate shortly after. They were very easy to communicate with, available for questions whenever I had them, and worked hard to fit our work in as quickly as possible (even sooner than they originally estimated). I would highly recommend ignite for any chimney work you are considering in Chicago!

My only regret is that I waited so long to do this. Could not be happier with this purchase. Tommy did an awesome job with the install and the company was great to work with.

I have always preferred a wood burning fireplace but it just wasn't practical for a townhouse in the city. The artificial logs look almost identical to real firewood, it projects heat, and the ambience is the same. Plus, no cleanup.

My neighbors recommended Ignite Chimney and Fireplace as they had their wood-burning fireplace converted to gas logs a few years back. It was easy to schedule an appointment for an estimate and Allen was prompt, explained everything very well, and I had the estimate in my email within 30 minutes of him leaving. The logs that I was interested in were in stock and Ignite offered to install the following day. The two-person crew showed up the next day on time and were done in less than an hour! Completely impressed with the service provided by Allen and his team -- all around a seamless process. Couldn't be more satisfied!

Tommy at Ignite was an absolute pleasure to work with. Extremely professional; incredibly customer focused; great, honest work at a reasonable price. Tommy went out of his way to find the parts we needed, to keep us updated on their arrival, and to schedule a time to make the repairs. Would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.

Allen, Sally, and the whole team at Ignite were such a pleasure to work with. They were so responsive and were able to come and install our new gas fireplace logs and burner within days of reaching out! We bought our fireplaces from a big-name company on the near Northside, and it was a total failure—log sets, burners, you name it. It was a nightmare. Then we found Ignite, and they truly saved the day.

Wish I could give 10 stars! Our ventless gas fireplace unit died and I had the great, good fortune to find and call Ignite Chimney and Fireplace Co. for service. From my very first call, I could tell that this was going to be a good experience. Chad took my call and quickly scheduled an on site visit to determine the problem. Allen (owner) came, determined the problem and discussed options. We decided to replace the burner unit and logs and it was the best decision! From start to finish, this was a seamless, easy, even enjoyable project. Communication was excellent and the work done was first rate. Sally, who handles the paperwork, did so efficiently and is a pleasure to work with. Nick and Luca installed the unit today - great work, guys!- and gave us clear instructions on use and maintenance. I’ve used Angel’s Duct Cleaning Services several times for dryer vent cleaning and each time I have been extremely satisfied. They arrive promptly, knowledgeably assess issues, and complete the work efficiently. The prices are fair and the work is great. Angel is extremely easy to communicate with. I will continue to work with them and I recommend them as an option for these services.

I had Angel and his colleague cleaning out the dryer vent and while some it needed to be replaced and couldn't be cleaned, Angel went above and beyond with extra information about keeping things cleaned and safe. They called when they were on their way and were very polite and nice. I will definitely use them again.
