They always do the job right the first time. Very clean and neat.

They came and fixed my plumbing, which they over priced me for, and while fixing my plumbing i asked how much will it cost to move my hot water tank 3 feet they told me 1600$, so i called to get another estimate, another contractor came out and moved the damn thing for 500$, i would not recommended this place to anyone.

They did a nice job replacing my kitchen sink faucet and bathroom vanity all in one day. They went to get some extra parts that I failed to provide.

Bill and Mike got the job done right, very professional and efficient and polite as well, I will use them now instead of four seasons.

Mike, Allstar Plumbing, properly installed a new ejector pit with high quality ejector pump for basement toilet (digging new pit) replacing old pipes with new properly configured pipes to code. Excellent, clean and neat cement work with tremendous work on upstairs toilet replacement and two faucets upstairs and downstairs. I recommend Allstar Plumbing to anybody in Chicagoland...

These gentlemen came to my rescue in the blizzard we had this spring. After fiddling with my toilet for 3 days, I still couldn't figure out where a leak was coming from. Originally, I was told that they may not have someone come out today but hearing I needed help, the owner sent his son right over. Not only did he diagnose and fix the problem, he gave me advice on other issues as well. Great guys.

I called All Star Plumbing to help bring the plumbing system in my new house up to city code. Not only were Mike and Brian immensely knowledgable, they also made sure I was aware of the new system and understood what was happening. I had a clogged sink and bath tub. I called them for a free estimate and Bill showed up at my door within 45 minutes. He gave me an affordable estimate and within 30 minutes my sink and tub were back to running like new. I highly recommend this company and will call them in the future for all my plumbing needs

I was in the process of selling my home and was having issues with village inspectors over violations I had no idea even existed. I called multiple places tried to get someone to go and give me a quote and get the job done in a week! I was going crazy as it seemed nobody wanted to do it I couldn't figure out why. After my 6th attempt to find someone I came across All Star on google I called and spoke to Bill he was extremely helpful and within 5 minutes I found out why nobody wanted to do the job (rude unprofessional village inspector) Bill said no worries he knew what he was working with and will get the job done. HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT! village inspector wanted to do the most but thanks to Bill and his people skills he was able to get the job done in a way to satisfy the inspector and take care of my wallet. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the amazing job they did. In two days they pulled permits did the job and passed the inspection I was able to sell my home at the scheduled closing day. If you need great quality work done fast and properly call him now!

Had a really good experience with All Star Plumbing. Mike was the guy who worked the job Had to get deep into the wall behind the sink but managed to do the job without breaking any tile. Quick and quality work.

Called All Star Plumbing & Sewer the morning after Thanksgiving to take a look at our sump pump that was misbehaving. Set-up an appointment for the next day. Mike came and replaced our pump and hydro jetted our main sewer line to the street as it was also blocked. He even solved a problem with our laundry sink that I assumed was just the nature of the sink. Was given options and prices for what could be done along the way and Mike explained what was happening throughout. Easy and friendly to work with. Hope I don't need a plumber again in the near future but if I do I will not hesitate to call them again.

Great customer service, family owned business… Mike is so professional and communicative and his father provides great customer service.. Mike was proficient in explaining what the issue was and the repairs that needed to be done. They were on time and gave me a courtesy call when they were on their way.

Called last Tuesday to get someone out for a back flow preventer installation quote, Brian said Mike would call me the next day. Nothing. I call back on Thursday and was told Mike would call me. Mike did end up calling me and scheduled himself to be at our location on Friday morning (didn’t even ask for the address so I wasn’t hopeful). Nothing, didn’t show up didn’t reach out to reschedule. Called Monday and Tuesday and have been unsuccessful in getting anyone on the phone. Plumbers are busy I completely understand but a simple call back with a reschedule or any type of communication would have been nice. I picked this place based on reviews. I assume if they actually make it out to you, they do good work. I wouldn’t be able to speak on that.

Bill and his son fixed my sewer clog. They came right away on Saturday. They were very professional and explained very well what happened. Happy with the service!!
