Matt came out to rod out my main sewer line, he got out all of the tree roots causing the clog, he was friendly and professional, explained everything to me and picked up after himself, pricing seemed reasonable, I'll definitely be coming back to this company for any future plumbing needs, and I would recommend them to everyone

Mike Lawery demonstrated heroism by expertly repairing my 2-year-old Rheem Water Heater that malfunctioned while we were traveling. 3 separate replacement parts were required from Rheem as you can only get them from Rheem. Mike Lawery patiently came over each time and ultimately restored hot water today. Mike showed such professionalism, honesty, and integrity and I highly recommended John Yerkes & Sons Inc.

Honest and thorough. They have been up front about work needed and even honest about what wasn’t needed. They aren’t a low cost deal but they don’t cut corners. They have been in the city for ages so they know the ins and outs of its quirky plumbing.

Great experience. They came to our building for an emergency repair. We were able to get quoted and hire them to start the work right away. Will work with them again for any future needs!

Oh boy old people beware. Just need kitchen sink routed. Was quoted $160.00 per hour. When Mike arrived he said it was 165.00 and did they tell me he charges for travel...never said from where. After routing the sink, he went to basement, there is a utility sink beneath the kitchen sink Later when I went to basement, noted the utility sink full of odiferous, slimey, dark liquid.
After I did complain about the substandard work, they did send someone else to do the job...so far ok. Just not worth the aggrivation.

Plumber Matt was very good and professional. Price was reasonable except for the extra 160.00 for 5 minutes past the first hour. Labor at 160 an hour is reasonable but 160 for 5 minutes is hard to swallow.

I had a pretty big leak so I called. Within 2 hours Bob was out fixing it, and he fixed my other 5 small leaks with no problem! It wasn't a big job but it was important to me so it became important to Bob. I couldn't have asked for better service and very reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to call again.

I would give -0 if I could but suffice it to say these people are useless. They came the day after I called. Goopy kid came and looked at our leaking pipes. Looked at our bathroom upstairs and ran downstairs and out the door. I thought he was getting tools. A few minutes later our phone rang and he said he couldn’t fix our plumbing. When I asked why not, he said he was allergic to cats. Ok, but he was in our house a good 15+ minutes, why didn’t he say something? When I asked if there was someone else at this shop who isn’t allergic he seemed confused. It was a yes or no question. I called someone else who, hopefully, is brighter than that dim bulb.
