Sometimes You Tube can let you down. It's literally a week before Thanksgiving and my hack job with a toilet flange wasn't going to cut it, I needed a professional. The next morning Plumber Alex and his partner arrived, and they determined that it was more than just a flange issue. In my absence, I appreciated Plumber Alex explaining everything thoroughly to my son and wife and then calling me on the phone to update me with everything. The plumbers were prompt, very courteous, and did the repair in a timely fashion. The price for the job was fair considering all the work they did. We're lucky that Rob West Plumbing was able to send a plumber to replace a clogged toilet on short notice—the same day. Plumber Alex brought the toilet and finished installing in just a few hours. Let's start here I have a warranty company that sent out a company that were not even plumbers and didn't speak English. The company tried to deny my claim because of what they said. So I had them send another company out that were real plumbers which was Rob West plumbing who did an incredible job and explain everything to me detail by detail and was able to unstop the blockage in my main line. And when my case was assigned to them they were there every step of the way calling me to get a true understanding of what was going and trying to make arrangements to get as soon as possible. Great company that did a great job.

There's a lack of professionalism and etiquette with this company. They are not communicating with each other effectively within the organization so I spent a lot of time repeating myself. Also the technician that called me to confirm was rude. I decided to go with another company.

I had these guys come to my home and did a remarkable job of replacing the galvanized pipes that were clogged up and putting in new copper pipes and making sure the water heater was working.They were very hardworking and were able to finish in a day.I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

If you are going to charge a $199 deposit for providing an estimate then you should be able to provide a ballpark figure for unclogging a toilet if we can expect a bill of $300 or $2000. Shady pricing strategy.

One of the pipes in the kitchen had a leak and water was overflowing all over.Called this company and they were able to come despite the after hrs. Ben worked way past normal business hours, went through my issue and was able to stop the leak he, went over and beyond by adding an extra part on the overflow, did an excellent job cleaning up

We recently bought a house which had a broken kitchen faucet head. I was referred to this company by a family friend and I called them. Dan showed up in less than an hour handled the situation very swiftly. He replaced the broken kitchen faucet head with the universal faucet head.
