This business is a SCAM! Called and was promised service between 9-12 pm. Promptly charged my credit card. They never showed up… spent my entire day chasing them, being hung up on. Asked them to reimburse the charge. Nothing! Do not do business with them. SCAM!

Water heater went out. They came out right away and replaced it with a much nicer and larger one. Had to cut some pipes but did a great job. Thanks a bunch.

I called Luci I had an emergency he came before the time he said he would , explained everything he was going to do before he did it , very clean and professional, not only that he showed me what needed to be replaced instead of replacing unnecessary parts…. He was very honest and very fair with the pricing I’m very satisfied with his service and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a honest and professional plumber

What made me a returning customer was a plumbing emergency on a freezing January day when a tenant accidentally left the basement door open, causing it to flood. They responded incredibly fast, assessed the damage, and immediately got to work, minimizing what could have been a much bigger disaster. Their quick action saved us from extensive damage, and when all was said and done, he charged a very fair price.

Since then, we've relied on The Plumbing Effect for all our plumbing maintenance, everything from replacing shower cartridges and kitchen faucets to rodding the sewer lines. Their work is consistently professional, timely, and honest. Highly recommend!

Our HOA decided to use the Plumbing Effect’s protection plan, and we couldn’t be happier. The peace of mind after the inspection made it worth every penny! They found a couple of minor leaks that were addressed and fixed immediately. They noticed our faulty spigot outside and replaced it and our water bills definitely went down! They were able to recommend and install a new and efficient toilet in our main bathroom, they replaced a kitchen faucet and were even available to install a new refrigerator upon delivery. It’s almost as good as being good friends with a plumber.

I had them come out to fix a my upstairs bathroom tap that was leaking .They quickly identified the problem and after determining that the leaking tap was too corroded and were able to replace it for a reasonable price.The plumber was very professional and quick. I would use them again for future plumbing needs.

My pipes froze this week. I called chase plumbing at 4pm and the guy told me I’d get a call in 10-15min. An hour goes by and I’m calling back and another hour - then employee finally calls and shows up late.

Now where it’s actually bad… I pay $100 for same day service expecting this guy to help me unfreeze my pipes. He gets here and quotes me $7500 to start tearing down walls with no diligence. This is drastic. He didn’t even use an infrared thermometer anywhere or do anything productive during my time at his house. He wasn’t 1 foot out my door and already lit up another cigarette.

Managed to unfreeze my pipes myself over night. I want my money back.

Posting this as a warning for others who may be in a similar situation with the weather. Don’t fall into this pipe replacement trap with someone who does no diligence.
It may be necessary in some cases but this appeared to be an attempt at a scam in my situation.

We had an urgent matter as well as some already scheduled plumbing needs. They came out very fast and fixed the urgent matter! Every point of contact with Jane was a pleasure to deal with. The folks answering the phone and scheduling appointments were pleasant, understood my concerns, and made me feel like I was a priority. Jane was nothing short of exceptional. She was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions as well as pointing out issues that I didn't even realize to ask about.I'd definitely recommend this company.

My experiences with this company are always excellent! Both Matt and Jeff have always been my plumbers and they are always very efficient. Good plumbers never come cheap but with these guys, I always feel I'm getting good value. They are real pros, through and straightforward!

Joke of a company. Two appointments canceled and I had to call in to find out that they are canceled, not them calling me, two days in a row, with time frames of availability they gave me the day before. "Call center" says they work for Chase plumbing but are a separate company. "Don't have any management and can't give me a name." If you are in a leadership position at this company I would drastically think about how your "Call Center" team that does or does not work directly for Chase Plumbing actually values your customers and their time.

The best team I have ever had work on my water pipes. Jane and his partner were so professional. They did an impeccable job removing our old pipes and installing new ones. The clean up after work was exceptional. I would strongly recommend this plumbing company.

Great experience for the second time! Chase Plumbing Repair Service did a great job fixing our issue in our master bathroom sink. It's the second time we have the issue, basically because we should have followed the instructions to put bleach with hot water down the drain monthly. They were nice and provided us some laughter, too. Would highly recommend this company!

The plumber replaced a cracked toilet flange that had caused a minor leak. He worked carefully around the tile and avoided unnecessary damage. Left everything spotless and double-checked his work. Courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions.
