Pete & Noah are awesome! Very friendly and professional. My building is a bit outdated, but they were able to fix my drain issue in a very reasonable amount of time. Will definitely request them if I need any repairs in the future.

Pete and Noah were amazing! Total professionals. They installed an outdoor spigot on our house in about an hour and a half. Pete was great about explaining everything, and the job was done perfectly! Will definitely be calling them again in the future!

Logan was fantastic to work with. Very responsive, professional, and accommodating. My tenants did not have a working shower and Logan offered to come in on his day off to fix the issue. Editing up to a 3 star for now. The company called and is doing their best to rectify the issue which I appreciate so much! I will edit the review again once the leak if solved once and for all!

They came promptly which was nice, however the service cost to our bath faucet was over $300 and the sink was leaking again a few hours later worse than before they “fixed it”. There was no guarantee on their work so they would charge the full fee again to check it. I will not be calling them again.

We had a great experience with Rescue Plumbing. Making an appointment is easy because their admin staff are super organized. Both times we were able to get someone to come out within a day. The guys that came and installed our new sump pump were incredibly nice and professional. They emailed us options to fix our problem with price estimates, which made everything really clear and easy. Everybody at Rescue is so friendly! We highly recommend.

We have used Edwin and his crew several times before. He has been a straight shooter and reliable. He has responded quickly when an emergency came up. He has also been honest in setting expectations when the scope of work might be more complex or larger than we initially anticipated, to recommend an appropriate plan of action. We have been using Chicagoland Quality Plumbing services for approximately four years and found him through our Angie's List membership. We own 3 rental properties and Edwin has repaired leaks, installed dishwashers and water lines(for both kitchen sinks and washer units), replaced toilet wax rings and unclogged drains over the past four years for us. The service that we indicated as not listed is definitely worth mentioning as it turned out to be a big job. We called Edwin because we noticed a leak coming from our basement ceiling. Upon his inspection he not only told us that he suspected the main drain line in our 3 story building was leaking. He provided us with a plan for the best way to pinpoint where the drain was leaking behind the 3 apartment walls and once it was located how he would make the repair. Long story short, with Edwin's experience, where he ended up opening the kitchen wall turned out was within 3 feet of the eroded main drain line. Edwin and Roberto removed a section of 100 year old drain pipe and then replaced it. What Edwin charged us for this two day, two man job was reasonable. His work is top notch and we always find that his prices are very reasonable that's why we always call Edwin and we hope that he is not planning on retiring any time soon :)

As a woman homeowner, going through contractors/tradesmen can be very stressful, Edwin's way of being is professional and does quality work. He installed a toilet and replaced an outside water faucet. I highly recommend him. It is refreshing to come across someone like him.

We have used Chicagoland Plumbing for years and Edwin has never let us down. He is extremely reliable and responsive and will take as long as he needs to fix the problem. This last time, we had our laundry sink overflow and after clearing the drain, he correctly identified the problem as overflow from our catch basin. This is just the latest example of his excellent work.

Edwin is a skilled and honest plumber. He had done a Repipe for me in the past and I called him to inspect my sullage drain line. He said it did not need repair and just some minor cement patching I could do myself. He did not charge me for the inspection. He will be my first call for any future plumbing issues.

My business has worked with Edwin for the past year and we’ve had an excellent experience with him. He installed and has done the testing for a back flow valve for our commercial dishwasher, cleans the grease trap, has fixed leaky toilets with automatic flushers and fixed faucets. He is on time, very responsive, incredibly easy to work with and leaves the area just as clean as it was before he started the work. This business was recommended to me by a friend, and they are absolutely fantastic!!! Edwin takes pride in his quality work, whether it’s installing a faucet or something as large as a vanity. We’ve had various plumbing issues in our building over the years and tried a few different plumbing companies. When the main water line coming in to our building sprung a leak, we weren’t able get any of the plumbing companies that we had used before to come out fast enough. That’s when we found Edwin at Chicagoland Quality Plumbing. After Edwin fixed our leak, I started talking with him about some of the other plumbing issues in our old building and in my unit. Coincidentally, my unit on the ground floor was just starting to be rehabbed, and the contractor couldn’t find a plumber. I asked Edwin if he was interested in the work and he was. That started an 8 month project where he repaired and improved our main sewer and sanitation lines, added an outdoor hose spigot, did the rough ins for my bathroom remodels, removed and replaced a bathtub, water heater, 2 toilets, garbage disposal, and all faucets and fixtures. I found Edwin to be very responsive and professional, and the work he did was good quality, just like the name of his business. He stands behind his work and charged a fair price. I would highly recommend him.
