Charged $225 for a completely unnecessary visit for a problem that could be diagnosed over the phone (broken ejector pump). Broke brass cover for sewer pipe because he didn't have the right tool for the job. Quoted a ridiculous amount for replacing ejector pump (the guys we went with at the end did this for half as much for a better pump). Pressure tactics (sign this by the end of the day, pay this by the end of the day, etc.)

Pablo and his crew took care of extensive plumbing needs in a professional and efficient manner. They return calls if need be and handle business. I highly recommend!

I contacted PSP regarding an issue with my sump pump. Pablo was able to arrive the same day and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He is very knowledgeable and also clearly cares about the work that he does. He explained everything that he was doing and gave me a few suggestions to help prevent problems in the future. He also left the work area clean an tidy, which was much appreciated. Definitely recommended!

We woke up to water in our basement, coming from below our first floor bathroom. It was a hectic week already for us and we had our hands full with a kid who was recovering from being sick and my very pregnant wife. We didn't really have a trusted plumber, so we looked online and called three plumbers in the area (at 6:30 am). PSP was the first to get back with us. Even though Pablo had another job to get to, he came over right away to assess the situation and start working on it even before his scheduled team would get there. Pablo quickly identified the problem and Jose and Jose (Jose x 2) wrapped up the job. The whole PSP team was wonderful to work with, courteous, and I would recommend them for any and all things you need!

Great service! I called for help with a leak and Pablo came as soon as he could. He found the source of the problem and fixed the leak. Very professional- made the wall look good again and cleaned up after the work. I highly recommend PSP for plumbing needs!
