Beware of Pablo Suarez. Never trust him to do work! We scheduled him to come take a look about some repairs needed in the bathroom. He took the liberty to walk around our kitchen and told us our kitchen plumbing is not up to code. We let him know we only needed specific repairs and never asked for his recommendation. He refused to quote us for just the repairs we asked for, and on top of that was asking for $3,600. What a joke. It took him over a week to send us a quote, for which we had to continuously ask for - horrible communication. He also recommended a floating vanity, and silly us - we listened and ordered a floating vanity. We hired a new plumber who told us a floating vanity simply does not fit with our plumbing. Costed us additional hundreds of dollars because we listened to this guy.

Psp Plumbing, fully licensed, professional, knowledgeable, and competitive. It is clear from their work that this company is very professional and take pride in their work and service. I look forward to working with them again.

I got two quotes to replace an old metal drum trap underneath the shower and Psp Plumbing was 55% lower than their competitor's price. Both companies said the job was 2-4 hours. Psp Plumbing was able to give a quote based on photos sent, gave a certificate of insurance, gave their company W-9, and offered flexible financing all before starting any work.

The replacement was completed the right way and within 2 hours. They arrived on time, professionally dressed, had all the correct parts, and removed all trash before they left. They also noticed and took the time to bring to my attention other plumbing violations and explained clearly the hazard associated.

Pablo was great! Called him at 8:30am to repair a valve on our ejector pump and he was at our house in less than two hours to execute the repair. We recently experienced a major main water pipe break in our condominium building, and this company was outstanding from start to finish. Their team was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to answer all of our questions—multiple times—understanding that we are not plumbers and that this was a stressful emergency situation for our association.
What truly stood out was that it felt like they welcome problems because they have solutions for everything. They anticipated issues we hadn’t even considered and provided multiple options, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, which was especially important given that residents were understandably upset due to the water outage.
They kept us continuously updated, coordinated seamlessly with the elevator company to remove water from the elevator shaft, and handled everything with total confidence. Despite the pressure of an emergency in a multi-unit building, the entire experience was smooth and reassuring.

Another impressive aspect of this company is their extensive network of trusted professionals. One of unexpected emergency arose when, per the engineer’s recommendation, we had to reroute the pipe—this required removing a very large tree leaning over the pool and close to the building. Pablo made a few calls, secured a more than reasonable quote, and the tree was safely removed the very same day the decision was made.
That level of responsiveness is truly rare.

When it comes to documentation and billing, their honesty and transparency truly set them apart. All documentation was provided in a timely manner, and every question we had regarding charges was clearly explained. Any work that ultimately was not performed was immediately credited—without excuses or hesitation. They were upfront about scope, costs, and pricing from the beginning, and what we paid accurately reflected the work that was done.
They earned our trust immediately and maintained it throughout the entire process.

They also worked directly with the village to obtain all necessary permits and coordinate required inspections, which removed yet another burden from us during an already stressful situation.
