John and his team did a fantastic job on re-piping our shower in our master bathroom also a floating tub, we would recommend Loves Plumbing and Sewer to anyone that is looking to remodel their master bathroom, or bathroom also the price was more reasonable then any other quote that we got, thank again you for the wonderful work!!

Grateful for John and his team, they replaced the outgoing plumbing in a 2nd floor bathroom apartment by going through the ceiling of the 1st floor’s bathroom. Not a single tile was affected and all at a very fair price! I highly recommend them!

We used Loves for a leak in a pipe that was causing damage in our living room. I can’t say enough great things about the work that was completed. Our phone call was quickly responded to on a Saturday. He answered all our questions and explained as he worked. He protected all the surface areas in the work area and cleaned up after he completed the job. He was thorough and tested and retested until he was sure the problem was fixed. Had a serious sewer issue last week . John came over very quickly. He assessed the issue and started work the next day. It was a multi day job and his team worked as fast and efficiently as possible to get the job done right. He also helped me navigate with the insurance company to get a quick reimbursement.

A little while back I called John to fix the leak in my shower. The house was built in 1950 and John determined the problem was in the faucets - that were original to the house. He has connections and was actually able to find the antique parts to fix the faucets! Most recently there was a kitchen clogged drain (a slight understatement!) that needed unplugging, partially due to the fact that the previous plumber didn't really do the job. This kitchen drain turned into a major job, with pipes to be replaced and bypasses to be made. It was a LOT of work, but John and his worker were troopers and they got it all done in one day. They also reset the toilet which had started sliding around on the floor. To say that I am happy with the work in an understatement! A+ work!

Can't say enough good things about the experience. Had an ejector pump that failed after hours. I called Loves Plumbing and Sewer and John Love (owner which was unbeknownst to me at the time) answered the phone, was patient with my questions, and highly knowledgeable in his responses. John came out early the next morning, fixed the problem and walked me through the work being performed. Thanks John for all the help and will be using you for all of our plumbing and sewer needs going forward.

John installed a brand new water heater for me as my old one was starting to show it's age with all the rust and water leakage at the bottom. John explained to me how the discoloration was rust at the bottom of the tank. Sediment was building up, causing the metal to rust from the inside. His price to install a new water heater was fair and the installation and work was clean! Thank you John! I'll definitely be using this business again!

I can't say enough good things about John Love and his team. We had a very bad situation in our basement and John was able to come over the same day. Because it was such an emergency, he rearranged some thing so that he could address it for us immediately. He has been incredibly helpful, thorough, and has been helping us stay calm the whole time.
