We hired Edwin based on his reviews and we were not disappointed! He rerouted a gas line and installed a whole house water filter system. In both cases the quality of his work was excellent! He is conscientious and instructive and his prices are fair. What more could one ask for!

We had Edwin twice. He repaired a leak in our kitchen sink. Second visit he repaired and replaced needed parts in our 90+ year old bath/shower. I was worried about that, but no problem! Finally he cleared the bath drain. Excellent work! Very professional and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend Chicago Quality Plumbing!! We will use him again.

Edwin has helped us twice, both with urgent situations. Once with a sump pump issue and the second was a hot water heater issue. Edwin was responsive, knowledgeable, calm, and honest. We knew we were in good hands the first time we met him. We’d highly recommend him to anyone!

Edwin was fantastic in working to clear a persistently clogged shower drain. I called in the morning and he was able to come out later that afternoon. It was clear from the way he worked that he really cares about doing a quality job and not leaving any hanging problems. He went over the top to improve the drain setup so that it would be less likely to become a problem again in the future. I highly recommend his services!

With a house full of guests and family during a busy Thanksgiving weekend, my wife and I had both of our showers/tubs go out of commission. Based on the good reviews we called Edwin. He clearly and frequently communicated arrival time, showed up a couple short hours later, quickly found and fixed the problem, gave sound advice, and was more than fair. Edwin is a wonderful plumber, we are so lucky to have found him! He is responsive to service requests and after working with him for two years he knows our house very well. He will always help remind us how to shut off the water when the temps start to get below freezing and has even offered to help walk us through simple fixes when he can’t come out right away. He is knowledgeable, courteous, very professional, and truly cares about the work he does. Best plumbing service ever!
