This business is not good service. They move out my stuffs from my apartment then they took my stuffs. They also damage all my furnitures. Then they acted like they do not know what you are talking about. I do not recommand this business to anyone

My washing machine all of a sudden flooded and water was everywhere. I called the guys at Servpro and they were out in about 2 hours. They cleaned up the mess for me and even mopped the floor to get extra water up. These guys are good at what they do.

Tried to speak with someone on the management team in regards to our scholarship foundation, but before I could speak about the impact our organization makes in the community and in all honesty before I could even get out who I was, I was immediately hung up on. Now I understand that this rating should be about the service that the offer, though this is no the case I believe that a business should be rated also on their impact in the community. They boast about how they are an American Red Cross supporter, but what about all of the local organizations that are trying to make an impact on a more centralized scale to Chicago. I was very disappointed with how short the manager was with me and his rude demeanor.

I called Servpro to get some information on removing mold from a commercial property we purchased. I spoke with Maggie who was very helpful and patient and answered ALL of my questions. I was able to get someone out to inspect the property the next day. The work was done in less then a week and only because my schedule was hectic. The crew that came out was professional, respectful and very hardworking. They also were very knowledgeable and explained some of the process to my husband just as an fyi, which I thought was great!

I found these guys at a Chamber event which is another plus, because I LOVE supporting our neighborhood local businesses. I feel so much better knowing I'm supporting a local business that is al so a member of our neighborhood Chamber. I recommended Servpro to my sister. She hired them for "air duct and vent cleaning".

I had some water come down from my ceiling in the bathroom. The neighbor above me plugged up their toilet. The toilet started overflowing and the water started coming down. At first it was just a drop and then it look as if it was raining. I guess my neighbor left the house and didn't know that this was even happening. SERVPRO came the next day and explained what need to be done in order to dry and sanitize everything. I'm so glad that I didn't have to clean that. They did a very clean job despite all the drywall and insulation that needed to be taken down. Thank you SERVPRO for caring to keep my home clean even though this was a dirty situation.

If you're a trucker delivering to Walsh this place is not meant for delivery with 53 ft trailer with a sleeper... but if you do try it... get all the way over to the far left and leave out of the other exit directly down the that street. The next street will say no trucks over 5 tons but just go head, it's only one street and then you'll be back to a normal route. Hope this helps. Be careful and slide your tandems all the way forward

Eddie from Servpro came out to assess my condo for damage due to a leak from my upstairs neighbor. This was a free assessment.

In the assessment, Eddie told me that there was no water or mold damage. It was very honest of him as I am a new home owner out of my element and he probably could have taken me for a ride if he wanted to.

Even though the assessment was free, he also answered all my questions and advised me on the next steps to take with regard to drywalling.

The service was great and I will definitely go to them if I (hopefully not!) have issues in the future.
