My wife and I cannot Thank Fernando Perez,Jose Serna and the crew of Servpro Evergreen Park/South Chicago City enough for the work they performed over the last 2 days. We bought our home 6 months ago, had a newborn baby boy 3 weeks ago and 3 days ago discovered a flooded basement. I can't even describe the feelings we had with that discovery. We had never experienced anything like that and felt helpless.
Calling Servpro of Evergreen Park was by far the best decision we made. They were here within 24 hours! The crew was great! Showed up when they said they would be here, very friendly, courteous and respectful while handling our damaged and undamaged property. Informative and clear of what was being done. Cleaned up everything nicely! I could go on and on! Thank You Gentlemen! Keep up the Great work!

We had a leak issue caused by our upstairs neighbor's pipe burst, which ended up affecting seven floors. Thankfully, Servpro came to the rescue to dry out the walls, ceiling, and floors. Since we had never experienced anything like this before, we felt overwhelmed and confused. However, Alex from Servpro was incredibly helpful. He patiently explained the entire process and what to expect over the next few days, which really put us at ease. Today, they moved the fans and cleaned everything up. While the situation itself wasn’t pleasant, Alex's professionalism and support made it so much easier to handle. Highly recommend Servpro!

I had a great experience with Servpro during an unfortunate and stressful event of my house being flooded. Jesus and his team are very professional, knowledgeable in their area of expertise, and very kind and respectful. They walked me through every step of the process and explained the things they were doing and why in a way of terms that I can understand.

Upon mitigation they covered all my personal items and furniture in plastic wrapped and handled EVERYTHING with care, as if it were their own.

Jesus and his team were always prompt, on time, never late and always finished by the deadline time they stated.

The restoration of the Mattie Kemp property after a small fire with extensive soot damage was outstanding. Rebeca and her team was on time for each of our appointments. She and her team were very polite and kind. Rebeca was very knowledgeable and helpful, whenever I had a question or concern. She was able to provide me with an answer to my questions and she eased me of my concerns. Rebeca and her team worked well and efficiently together. They were respectful of the items they worked on. They were thorough in taking care to meticulous clean each and every item and surface in the house that was affected by the fire. With the cleaning process, they left each room more orderly then it was before they started. There were two bedrooms that were in a chaotic clutter state. But after the team finished cleaning those two bedrooms, I was amazed how tidy and organized they left these rooms. Satisfied, I am extremely satisfied and pleased with Rebeca and her team's work and organizational skills. I was surprised that they were able to complete the assignment in a matter of just 2 days, I thought it would take longer. I would highly recommend Rebeca and her team. I had the pleasure of working with Mike Allen, a contractor for Servpro, and I can confidently say he brings professionalism, integrity, and dedication to every project. Mike consistently delivered high-quality work, stayed on schedule, and maintained clear communication throughout the entire process. His attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done right made a huge difference, especially during stressful restoration situations.
He was always respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about the people and spaces he was helping to restore. I'd highly recommend Mike Allen to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled contractor-you can count on him to exceed expectations.

I have ZERO interest in working with ServPro ever again. Don't do it! The remediation work was done quickly and without issues - no issues, and I asked up front to COORDINATE the restoration work. I wouldn't even agree to the job until I had the restoration proposal weeks later. I advised ServePro at that time that I wanted their company for BOTH jobs (mediation & restoration), only to find out, AFTER GAPING HOLES WERE IN MY WALLS, that to even start the work, it would require an additional deposit and additional coordination with the restoration team, even if an insurance claim was paying for the entire project. I had already PAID a deposit for the mediation work.

I asked to coordinate with the team when the walls were open so that I could get my electrician inside. I paid my electrician a premium to work on a SATURDAY, right after the massive walls were open in my kitchen. Only to have the holes left open during Thanksgiving week, while I awaited status from their team. UNACCEPTABLE AND POOR COMMUNICATION. I used someone else to complete the restoration work at $1,500, because the Servpro price around 4K was already inflated, but I just wanted it done, fast, as Serveprop promised. They did not follow through.

I am so disappointed. After all their text messages and a myriad of calls from a multitude of staff people, dying to take down my walls in my unit, but piss poor on follow-up after they have done so, it left me in a bad position during the Thanksgiving holiday, for weeks! I can't get back the time or the effort it has taken me to scramble to get someone else to close the open walls in my kitchen.

Unless you have dire water situation, I would pass on ServePro for BOTH. Remediation was 4 stars and restoration 0 ZERO stars. Use someone else.

This crew was awesome! Came right away even on a Sunday call. Two crew leaders texted us and updated their progress. They sent pics and full reports to my insurance. They even returned for one extra visit to clean a sink of ours. They triple checked everything. They handled our belongings with great care. Thank you, Sino Torres is the best goto.
