My business had the unfortunate visit from a customer who violated our bathroom in ways that you would not believe and then tried to flush his clothes down the toilet. No kidding. Plus it was after 5pm on a Saturday night. One call to Servpro and 2 hours later we regained our perfect bathroom and our facility. Not one but 2 hurricanes affected our property on Siesta Key within the span of a couple of weeks. Fortunately, we called SERVPro immediately after Hurricane Helene and the team was here the same afternoon.

Alex was the site supervisor assigned to our property and the person I dealt with on a daily basis. I was immediately impressed with his take charge attitude and his understanding of our situation. After a loss of this magnitude, emotions can run the all over the place, Alex explained the process and followed through on all of my requests. About 2 weeks after starting the dry out process from Helene, we were directly hit by Hurricane Milton. Once again, Alex never missed a beat and they were ready to get back to work as soon as the storm passed.

I've been managing people for 30+years and I was impressed with how well Alex managed not just his team, but his emotions when interacting with my team as well.

I'd highly recommend Servpro should you need them and if you get Alex, know that he'll take care of your property.

Andrew Kelly and his crew were fantastic! Andrew kept me up to date on everything going on with my services throughout the process. Crew were courteous and professional and even changed a light bulb for me. I would highly recommend Andrew and his team!

Employees insisted that I get repairs done by their company. Machines were installed and employees did not respond and ignored three dates in a row to pickup the machines. Their equipment caused my closet to collapse. Management is ignoring phone calls and not accepting responsibility. blaming their lack of communication on problems going on elsewhere in Milwaukee. Their company has very poor communication and lack of interest in making sure customers are satisfied and have good quality work being completed.

They were great! Rebecca and Jose managed the team with precision and greatness. I got my house back!

Alex from Servpro was super detailed and attentive. His crew did a great job drying out our place and protecting/documenting everything along the way. Serv pro was johnny on the spot to destroy my place then left me high and dry by making me move out for two months. Then they caused another leak and charged me tor a additional plumber. Serve pro left a water leak for four days !!! Then they said they wanted ten to 15k for a pack out to move barely anything out so they could hold my things ransom while they fought the insurance and me to repsir the demolition they did! By far the worst company ever!!! Never again!!! Do not use serve pro!!!

The team Servpro that came out to my house was outstanding. They took such care of my things and my house. They kept everything clean and neat very professional. He kept me up to date on what was happening, why certain things needed to be removed, and overall was truly respectful, even going so far as to return to my home once he got approval from my adjuster to remove an affected cabinet.
