I called 3 times to follow up on a call I was supposed to receive to set up an appointment for a tech to come out. I was given a new name each time of a person who was supposed to reach out and set something up. No one ever did. After 3 days I went with another company that sent out a tech the same day.

SERVPRO 100% lives up to its motto to “make it like it never even happened.” During the negative temperate “polar vortex” in Chicago, the water main pipe to our house cracked resulting in tons of water pouring into our basement. The City could not come out for over 2 days to shut the water off so needless to say the water damage was significant, but it didn’t matter. SERVPRO came out right away when we called and set up everything we needed to clean up the basement. Seven months later and there is not a trace of mildew, mold, or smell of water at all. THANK YOU SERVPRO!! I cannot recommend this team enough!!!

What a great company! We really appreciate the care, time, especially attention to detail that Alex A. provided to our home and us. Juliana and her team are unbelievable! They are professional, courteous, polite, very understanding and sympathetic to my circumstances and work EXTREMELY hard in Very Hot conditions; but never complained or slowed down. As every inch of my entire house interior had to be cleaned due to smoke damage, the team not only cleaned everything but even took the time to put some pictures back on a wall to make me a little like home.
