Servpro sent out Kiki for my initial inspection. I believe she was the Production Manager. Awesome. She was kind, friendly and prompt. She even spotted damage that I didn't initially see. She was straight to the point, explained everything she was doing, and what the next process would be. Overall I was very impressed at her efficiency and transparency.

I would like to express my sincere satisfaction with the recent service provided by Eddie Serna and his crew. The thoroughness and attention to detail exhibited by both Eddie and the account manager, Liam, were exceptional.

Eddie's crew worked efficiently, performing cleaning, sanitization, and the removal of damaged pieces. They also effectively identified areas with significant damage, resulting in a noticeable improvement in the appearance and smell of our plant and the affected areas. Anthony, Ismael and their team were amazing! Our basement flooded after a big storm. Anthony was beyond helpful and responsive. He contacted his team within minutes of us reaching out! Then Ismael and team were at our house and working within an hour! It was truly amazing. They were very professional and worked quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend working with Anthony Ismael and the rest of the Servpro team! They were total life savers in a very stressful time. We couldn’t be more grateful for their help!

Andrew and his team came up from Chicago and were life saving. They were willing to work with me and my insurance when I did not have the funds readily available and did a quality job overall. Would work with them in the future!

In 2023 the Hope Bible Church suffered severe water damage (see attached photos). We filed a claim with State Farm and we chose Servpro to recover the church from this damage. We are still in the midst of restoring the church and it has been a difficult journey. Throughout this experience I must commend the service provided by Servpro. In particular Richard Franklin, Marketing Representative, he represents Servpro in a compassionate and professional manner. He is always available to consult and explain Servpro’s policies and procedures.
As Hope Bible Church has progressed through the restoration process Mr. Franklin has provided valuable information and advice. He has assisted and guided the church through the process. He is an asset to Servpro and benefit to Hope Bible Church. I also commend the skill of Sergio Hernandez Crew Chief and the knowledge of Shaun Sergio.

Mike Allen contractor for SERVPRO was very professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He was very attentive to any concerns that I had. No Job was to big or to small. My house was a disaster before he started and when he finished it looked like it was built from the ground up. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. I will definitely be using him again for any future needs.

Eddie Serna and his crew were fantastic! Townhome flooded due to an issue with the neighbor's pipes and Eddie went above and beyond to quickly identify and resolve the problem. He provided excellent communication throughout the entire experience and answered all questions that my husband and I had. Work crew were polite, efficient and industrious.Would highly recommend.

Abel and his team from south Chicago were AMAZING!! We are in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and we had a huge storm a few days ago and had major water in the basement. They took everything out of the basement including the carpeting and part of the dry wall. They were quick, efficient and very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

I had extensive water damage across 2 floors and was very focused on ensuring no mold in my dream/forever home, and Eddie was able to remediate and remove damaged parts of the house to ensure no mold. When the pipe for the condominium sprinkler failed, we thought we had seen where all the water went and were on top of the scope of the damage. Thanks to the thoroughness of Jesus and his team (Joel, Carlos and Chuy), we learned the impacted area was much more extensive than originally thought, and caught areas where mold might have developed unknown. Really appreciate the care and clarity of the work done.

We had a big ffood in the building. Alex and his team were working very hard to help us. They were nice and professional.

Mike Allen, the contractor from SERVPRO, did great work on my kitchen, hallway, and bedroom. He was professional, respectful, and always quick to answer any questions. I knew once Mike was on the job, the job was getting done! Everything turned out really well, and the whole process went smoothly. He was easy to work with and dependable. I'd definitely recommend him.

I can’t say enough positive words about Luis and his crew. They were awesome. Great communication from Luis. Crew worked very hard. They were neat and respectful of all of my things. I highly recommend ServPro.

Awesome work done by Ismael and his team. I called them at 6 pm and they were out at the house by 9 am the next day and had it all dried up by noon. 10/10 service!
