While the initial cleaning work appeared thorough, several items were damaged in the process. Two of those items were repaired; however, a lamp light bulb they shattered was not replaced. More concerning, my insurance was charged for services that were never completed. For example, their cleaning equipment left significant grease stains on my area rug, causing irreversible damage. I was told the rug would be professionally cleaned, and my insurance was billed for that service, but it was never done. Additionally, the air duct company they subcontracted left equipment behind, failed to replace the furnace filter, and did not notify me of these issues. Overall, my experience was disappointing. Had the company been transparent and proactive about addressing the damage, my opinion would be very different. Instead, I felt that damages were concealed and responsibilities avoided, while my insurance was left with a $20,000 bill. I strongly encourage others to thoroughly research this company before proceeding. I only used them because they were selected by my insurance provider, and I would advise others to proceed with caution.

I called PuroClean for an emergency service for water cleaning from a backup sump pump causing 1-2 inches of water buildup in the basement, as a new homeowner things like this can’t be daunting, I can say for guarantee making the call for the help was the best decision. Dylan had walked me through the process of what needs to be done and made sure before they proceed that I get my sewer situation fixed, so no mishaps can happen along the way, he was diligent and knowledgeable in handling the situation and gave me every measure of action so they can help with the cleanup as efficiently and effectively as possible. As they had a great resource of equipment and countermeasures to make sure no water was lingering and went above and beyond. I appreciate Dylan, Dallas, and Ruben and the rest of the team for taking what they do best to make sure the house was safe from the disaster that had happened, thank you so much.

Puroclean was so helpful when we had a plumbing emergency, they were prompt, worked well with our insurance, and gave us updates along the way. Sergio, Nichole, and Isidro were diligent in getting everything set up, they were true professionals. Would recommend for any mitigation/restoration needs you have.

So I had mold in my basement. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They took everything that was contaminated out and replaced it. Very reliable and amazing customer service !

Seems that this company has no licenses to do the work that they offer. I hired them but then i researched them and found out they do not have the valid permits to do the job. Make sure before you hire them that you inquire about the proper and legal requirements for them to perform the services they offer, because you will find out that they do not have them and if they perform services on your home and mess it up you will be very sorry you didn't research them before you hired them.
