When water starting coming through my ceiling (from the upstairs neighbor's clogged toilet), I called Keegan at Puroclean. Mario was at my condo within the hour, assessed the damage, recommended a remediation, and quickly set up airmovers and a dehumidifier. Scott and his crew from PuroClean helped make a bad situation good again. Our basement flooded with water and sewage on April 18, 2013. After a near-scamming from the crooks at ServPro, I called Scott for help. Not only did he return my call immediately, he sent a crew out the next day. The crew of David, Paris, and Mike were phenomenal - they did a quick job of cleaning and left everything spotless. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome after having a sewage-coated basement. Thank you Scott, David, Paris, and Mike - you've got a loyal customer (although I hope to never have to call you again!).

There's never a good time for a moisture "disaster" — luckily, PuroClean and project manager Kevin Velasquez made the mitigation process as painless as possible. As first-time homeowners, my husband and I were completely in the dark about what to do when our bathroom flooded (and subsequently flooded two downstairs neighbors' bathrooms, too). Our insurance company connected us with PuroClean to do a moisture reading, and once they confirmed there was sitting water, come back and do a full demo and mitigation. Kevin walked us through PuroClean's procedure, let us know what to expect from the insurance process, and even called our insurance mid-way through the job to give them an update on our unit (the agent sounded shocked, like no one ever goes the extra mile to make sure everyone — homeowner, insurer, and mitigation — is on the same page!) My husband and I appreciated Kevin's knowledge and transparency not just about his/PuroClean's contribution to the process, but the overall "big picture" of how we go from ugly-but-tolerable bathroom to flooded "Disaster Bathroom" to shiny new put-back-together bathroom without getting completely overwhelmed. We had an emergency flood situation. Scott from PuroClean was immediately available to meet me at the location. He assessed the situation and was able to outline a clear, well thought out game plan. He bid the job at a fair price and was on site executing his plan the next day taking care of the situation. He was easy to get a hold of and always willing to answer my questions. The flood was quickly taken care of and the property was thoroughly dried out. PuroClean was a great asset to me in solving the emergency leak the property suffered. I recommend Scott and PuroClean without hesitation.

I never had a change to really use their service, but their honesty let me know to whom I should ask if I had a larger disaster. Before they come for an inspection, Alan assessed the situation through pictures and our conversation. He told me that the water damage I encountered is too small and I don't need to waste money on starting a big project. Instead, he recommended some handyman to help me with my situation.

Alan and Scott were great to deal with. Got in contact with Alan, initially, over the phone. I told him about my situation (water leaked from upstairs neighbor into my ceiling) and we had setup a time for Scott to come over and take a look the next day. Scott checked for any lingering moisture and gave me his honest opinion of how to proceed. At the end of it, we determined that his services were not needed for this situation. But he provided me with a lot of information (both regarding moisture in the walls and the insurance process) and gave me advice on what my next steps should be. I consider honest information, like what he gave me, to be invaluable. I will 100% be calling them in the future should anything like this happen again.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Scott Majeski and highly recommend PuroClean Restoration Specialists. A water pipe burst underneath my kitchen sink and completely flooded my condo, as well as ten other units in the multi-rise building that I reside in. When I contacted Scott, he promptly addressed my concerns, scheduled an evaluation of my property within 24 hours of the initial phone consultation and carefully explained the steps that would need to be taken for the demolition and mold remediation process. Scott was extremely professional, knowledgeable and credible. The crew he assigned to the job exceeded my expectations. I found them to be efficient and courteous and was extremely pleased that they completed the work within the expected timeframe. Scott personally followed up when the job was finished to inspect the work and to verify that I was satisfied. Several other unit owners used PuroClean Restoration Specialists and had a very similar positive experience working with Scott and his team. It is obvious that Scott takes great pride in delivering a high level of service to his customers.

This company is great to deal with. We had a situation that caused (in my eyes) a fair amount of damage that the insurance company wasn't going to pay for. Scott came out to assess, & determined it's not that big of a project, in fact, too little a project for them to take on, giving me some relief & peace of mind. He explained how to fix my damaged property, including writing down all the equipment (& what department of the hardware store to find it in). They seem like honest family guys. Hopeful we don't need their services in the future, but I wouldn't hesitate to call them again & definitely recommend them!

Had a bit of a frustrating experience with Puroclean. Had to follow up several times to get someone to come and give me a quote. Once they inspected the mold, I had to follow up after not hearing back for a couple of weeks with a quote. I then decided to go with someone else for the mold removal. Turns out, they had sent me a quote (a couple of weeks after inspection) but it went to my spam, so I did not see it. Now I am being invoiced $175 for the "inspection" where they did not explain the extent of the damage or provide any information to me besides the quote. Their quote was also higher than competitors and did not include drywall repair.

The team of Daemon, Epi and Ruben were professional and punctual. They were efficient setting up their equipment and careful when moving my furniture. I was kept informed as to their timeline and what would happen next.

Just adding my good experience to the sea of others with a good experience. Miguel and his crew were extremely helpful in coordinating, working with insurance, and promptly carrying out their work. Very professional and kept me in the loop at all times. Would recommend to anyone that could use their services.

We found mold on a new property purchase and contacted PuroClean right away. The in-home estimate process was fantastic. Scott said they would over-estimate a bit to make sure everything was covered. The estimate took longer than stated to come back. Two partially walls had to be removed as well as bedroom carpeting. They were kind enough to take the entire carpet free of additional cost. The worker they sent was friendly but could work on his professionalism. At the end of the job, I found several areas that were not covered with the white paint. They fixed it immediately. When I questioned some problem areas, Scott promptly answered my questions and offered to come inspect it himself. The price was exactly what they quoted but I thought they took less wall than was previously over-estimated. I also had to remind Scott to refund the estimate charge from my total, which he did right away. Overall, they did a good job with our mold remediation.

We had water damage in our basement and was very stressful about it because the materials for the original wall was not easy to find but with Alfred’s help, the whole process of putting up the drywall went smoothly. Since our first conversation, he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and ensure that everything was done correctly. I am just extremely impressed with the level of service that he provided to us. He worked so hard to get right materials to put up new dry walls.. He truly cares about his customers and providing the best quality work. I definitely recommend working with Alfred.

Helpful company. Dylan team lead helped direct us to alternative leak detection companies when they couldn’t help us with all our needs. Will def use them for the water damasse repair we need as a result of stellar service!
