Puroclean came after hours on a Saturday when our house flooded. They were kind, professional and very understanding. They set up everything to help dry out our home and send pictures to insurance. Daemon, Eli, Isidso, and Michael were wonderful.

Daemon and Dallas were very informative and helpful throughout the entire process.

This review is solely for my experience of working with the estimator assigned to my account, Ryan Beardsley. I cannot say enough good things about Ryan. As a first time homeowner I never expected 6 months into owning my new home severe water damage. Ryan went above and beyond to not only address any and all questions I had throughout the entire process that at times were outside of the scope of his role, but he also aided in nudging groups at the PuroClean to respond back to me or get work done that should have been done correctly.

He was fantastic to work with and extremely knowledgeable and pushed my insurance company when needed which I greatly appreciated, as again, I had no familiarity with this entire process.

If you ever have the unfortunate luck of home damage, I hope you are lucky enough to have Ryan assigned to your account as you’ll be in great hands and he will advocate for you and your home.

Great experience working with the team at PuroClean. Company was one of several recommended by the insurance company. I placed a call on Sunday evening and received a call back from Israel within an hour. The next morning Miguel, Epi, Michael & Isidro were on site and ready to assess and to work. The team was pleasant, professional and hard working. They did all the coordination with the insurance company. Clean up and removal of equipment was equally as smooth. Great job!

We had major sewage back up on Milwaukee, WI, Tony/Epi team came out from Chicago and helped us out. Epi was very knowledgeable and was able to work around things that we couldnt move out of our basement. They had a detailed walk through after cleaning and even moved appliances to make sure everything was spotless. There is no question these guys are the best. Professional and friendly!

John and Ruben were excellent when our 2 bedroom flooded. Daily calls day and night updating us on the process. They made us feel taken care of during a horrible situation I would highly recommend using them.

Update: a few weeks after I posted this wonderful review I found out that I still had sewage waste in my home, PuroClean cross contaminated my entire house, and they lied on me.
They didn’t put on any protective gear. They sat their tools in the waste and probably contaminated someone else’s home, they didn’t actually “clean” anything. They put a spray on top of the area. They said there was no moisture in my bathroom but still put the machine in my bathroom because “he(Daemon) was going to charge the insurance company for it anyway”. I started feeling sick a couple of weeks after they “cleaned” and found out from another company that they in fact did not clean. Waste was still on the bottom of cabinets that I told them got wet. The dishwasher had waste on the side of it and they left it in the middle of the kitchen. They left the cabinet front that contained waste was in my living room sitting and said they couldn’t take it. He did spray something on it and wiped it with one of their feet microfiber towels. Oh I almost forgot, they said we refused cleaning of the carpet they left. They never asked. They said there was dog feces on the floor, there was not and if there was they never said anything to me about it. My dog is very well trained and goes outside in backyard. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURO CLEAN TO ANYONE!!!

My PuroClean Crew, Daemon-Epi-Ruben, were great! They responded immediately. Came in moved everything very carefully. Cleaned it all and moved it back in place. They explained everything to me. Super professional! Would recommend them friends and family.

Had a great experience. PuroClean was recommended by my insurance company, and unlike other contractors I reached out to, they answered the phone right away, were on-site the next morning, and followed up with clear communication. Dylan was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Sergio and Dylan were professional, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job explaining the process and taking care of everything. Elizabeth was fantastic with communication and coordination. Highly recommend this team!

My experience with Puroclean and their staff has been phenomenal. They were always in communication, answering my calls, questions, and emails. My condo had a pipe burst and I called another mitigation company before Puroclean. That was a mistake… Puroclean came in to pickup the project and I worked with Gaby to build everything back. Gaby was great and worked with me and the tenant on scheduling work.

Puro Clean was prompt, professional, and extremely thorough. They clearly explained the three-step mold remediation process, including why it was necessary to cut into the walls and properly treat the mold. The job was completed efficiently and within a reasonable timeframe, with great attention to detail. I highly recommend their services. I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan and Eric, and they made an excellent team—knowledgeable, respectful, and easy to work with.

Ruben and his team were extremely helpful during a time of urgent cleaning and repair. From the start he was understanding, flexible, responsive and kept us in the loop during the whole process. Every item was professionally packaged, cleaned, and returned. I can tell all of our belongings were handled with care and individually wrapped and put back upon return. I would recommend this service to anyone in the Chicago area in need of efficient cleaning. Thanks again!
