We've had a fantastic experience with ServiceMaster! The staff are very reliable, friendly and considerate. We have small children and I had a lot of questions about the safety of the materials they use. Everyone I spoke to, including the owner Sam, was patient, nice and explained everything. I felt extremely comfortable with everything they did in our home. It's really been a great experience and we have used them 3 times now for various services around our home! I can't recommend them highly enough!

We recently had water damage and State Farm suggested Service Master. From the first phone call to the last goodbye they were very courteous and professional. I was happy to work with Lucy & Pete and the rest of the crew. The did very good work and communicated with me at every turn. They were always on time and extremely responsive. I got to see the crew several times during the 7 days they worked on our home and they made it as painless as possible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing water remediation.

We are so thankful for the hard work of ServiceMaster by Simons. Our family experienced flooding from a torrential storm and they were on the job with a hard working, professional crew in very short order. The flooding was so extreme it rendered the house unlivable. Through the excellent efforts of this team the damaged contents were quickly removed and the home cleaned so we could get the family back where they belong.
They genuinely cared about the work they were performing and exhibited the highest standards of care and diligence.

Sam and his team at ServiceMaster by Simon were outstanding. We hired ServiceMaster by Simon to remove the smoke smell and clean the ash in our living room after our fireplace filled it with smoke. Sam came out when he said he would and was actually early. He was very thorough in explaining our options and was reassuring everything could be fixed. Sam was very patient with all of our follow up questions regarding the contract and services. When his team came out, they did exactly what they said they would do and were extremely careful not to damage anything. His team was very nice and accommodating. What I’m about to say next is unheard of based on my experience. Sam followed up several times in the weeks after the job was complete. We never had anyone do that before and it was truly appreciated. Sam went out of his way to communicate and make sure we were happy with the outcome.

Working with ServiceMaster by Simon was a breath of fresh air for us as we have never worked with a company that has gone above and beyond like that. I would highly recommend ServiceMaster by Simon to anyone who needs restoration or cleaning needs. I called Service Master.by Simon's up for a mold issue in t he basement of my new home! Shawn and the crew came out assessed the problem and explained the mold remediation process to me. The req got right work removed the affected drywall, baseboard, carpeting, padding and dried the area out. They did not leave e a y mess. While I was away from home over the holidays, 8 pipes burst and caused extensive water damage throughout my house — the basement, first floor, and second floor were all affected. Coming home to it literally raining in my kitchen and standing water was overwhelming, but ServiceMaster truly took control of the situation from the start.
Shawn and Sam managed the entire job and were outstanding and empathetic to the situation. They explained what needed to be done, worked quickly to stop further damage, and handled the drying and cleanup thoroughly across every level of the home. Their experience really showed — nothing felt rushed or overlooked.
What I appreciated most was how organized and reassuring they were during a very stressful situation. I always knew what was happening and why. The work was professional, efficient, and done right. They also helped me understand and navigate the insurance claims process.
I’m extremely grateful for Shawn and Sam and would absolutely recommend ServiceMaster to anyone dealing with serious water damage, especially something as overwhelming as a multi-pipe burst while you’re away from home.

My basement had over a foot of water in it. The team came in and went right to work. They made a super stressful situation so much better. They wouldn’t let me lift anything. They carried everything and sorted it in organized piles for me to figure out what was important to me. Some of the items were from my grandmother so I’m so grateful they were understanding. It was such a relief to see all the water finally gone and having an entire team from customer service, to technicians, to management making everything right again.
