Once we saw (and smelled) the sewer water floating in our basement, we knew our home was in a state of emergency. We called our long time insurance agent, John, to notify him of our situation and ask for his guidance. He highly recommended Steve and Tom from Servpro of Ravenswood for their professionalism and expertise in such urgent times. We called them immediately and Steve and his crew were at our door and evaluating the disaster within 45 minutes. After Steve carefully explained the steps needed to remedy the sewage and water damage which put us at ease, a team of four diligently started removing our belongings out of the basement and began the drying process. I never realized how traumatic a sewer backup can be but the guys at Servpro Ravenswood did a wonderful job swiftly working to restore our home.

On top of their fast response, knowledge and care in our time of need, Servpro of Ravenswood dealt directly with our insurance claim giving us one less thing to worry about. Thanks again for such marvelous service!

Due to a faulty furnace, all three floors of my family's home became covered in a layer of black soot. The process of figuring out what to do about the situation was very overwhelming. When the team from Servpro Ravenswood came to our house, they knew exactly what they were doing and took over. The staff was very friendly and respectful. They were here for several days and by the time they left, the house was spotless and shining! They didn't miss a thing.

Unfortunately I have had to use Servpro's water damage cleanup services twice in the last year - once due to monumental flooding caused by an upstairs' neighbors plumbing, and the second time owing to sewage backup. In both instances the Servpro team was knowledgeable, responsive and fair in terms of damage assessment. It's like they actually care and are ready to help, which is so valuable and reassuring when one is in the middle of a household crisis. I hope not to need their services for a long while now, but if I do, I know who to call.

Servpro of Ravenswood came to my house to help me with my move upon selling my 3-flat building. They did a pack out of my possessions, as well as a cleaning of my unfinished basement. Maggie, the office manger was wonderful to work with, she was quick to respond and address any concerns we had in a timely manner. She really went above and beyond for us, thank you!!

We had an excellent experience with Servpro of Ravenswood. The team were incredible and very professional after we suffered damage in our Condo. The team came out within an hour of us calling, helped us communicate with our insurance, and began the mitigation process the next day. They were communicative throughout the whole process, explained every detail to us during the initial assessment and continuously through the drying period, and were always timely, clean, and attentive in their work. Servpro Ravenswood was so diligent and professional. My mother and I had called a plumbing service to come out to fix our tub. What we didn't know was we had a leak and old rotted pipes that ended up bursting once the plumber began working on our tub. Our home insurance recommended Servpro to us. We worked with Dakota who was beyond reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable. His team was also amazing and fast. Dakota made sure my mother and I knew everything that was going on. I highly recommend SERVPRO of Ravenswood. I chose this team because of their attentiveness and urgency from the very first phone call. Russel and his team (Jake, Oscar and Carlos) were fantastic. Communication from the team was frequent, they were patient and willing to explain everything step by step and best of all there were NO SURPRISES. Once the work was complete, Oscar had the place looking like they were never there... he even took the time to move all the furniture back exactly as it was set up when he arrived on day one. Easy 5 stars.

We started our Monday morning by finding water in our upstairs bathroom. Before long we found water on 3 different levels of the house. I called Servpro and Russell was at my house within an hour to help us figure out the extent of the damage. His team was there within a couple hours to start mitigation and drying! They were professional and worked very hard to get everything under control that day, and came back every day until the job was done. Couldn't recommend them more!

Having to work with ServPro was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. They were uncommunicative, rude, misleading. They made promises they didn't keep. They burst a pipe in our kitchen, damaging our floors and lower level. Then, they shuffled blame to our insurance company, causing more and more headaches for us. They switched our Project Manager three times. They installed cabinets that they told us were damaged and should be thrown away. They broke our granite countertop and then reinstalled it broken. They painted our bedroom the wrong color. They promised a pack-out and moved almost everything to our lower level, making it inaccessible.

We had to fight tooth and nail to get them to be competent in any way. A job that should have taken two months took nearly five. Do not work with them if you do not have to. They are horrible.

This team is so professional and attentive. Moe and Dallas are superstars! They worked tirelessly to restore my basement after water damage. Many thanks!
