Their technicians came out and cleaned the dryer vent. They did a great job and even took pictures of all the lint in the vent before and clean vent after.

Dean was the tech who did my boiler maintenance and he was an extremely nice man who obviously knows his stuff! I’m a general contractor of 25 years and I know what a professional looks like and he is a true professional! Keep up the good work.

Have been with H.E.R.O heating since 2022. They are a fabulous company to work with. Having an annual maintenance program is definitely worth the money when you consider the cost of breakdowns in the future. HERO Does a thorough cleaning, maintenance, and diagnostic check seasonally and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the job they do! Stephanie is a joy to talk to in the office; having 6 large dogs in the home can be a challenge but the technicians have all been wonderful in working around the animals. Some of them even bring treats!

Called for service on furnace due to noise. They came out checked said something was in fan area cleaned it out. Also checked my capacitor and suggested I replaced it due to it not running at full compacity which I did(obvious up charge). They gave me quotes for a few different options to do like replacing whole unit, cleaning ducts, replacing fan etc. I said I'll have to talk it over. Called a couple weeks later to find out the price again. They wanted to charge me another service fee so they could come out again to tell me the quotes from prior visit. On top of another service fee for the service when they do the replacing of part. So up to 3-4 service fees for one issue that they did not resolve. At $100 dollars a pop not including anything else.

Hero is the best!!!! We tried out several other HVAC companies and was never really that happy with them! We have been using Hero for a few years now and couldn’t be happier. Greg was our tech today and he is phenomenal. He did our maintenance furnace clean and let us know of anything else that could be an issue. You’re silly to go with anyone else besides them!!

Hero came highly recommend by friends and a former landlord, they were right. Moved into my house and needed a new AC unit and Furnace, I have had them for a year now and it is nice to have efficient products that have been reliable. Every interaction with each crew member I have had was wonderful. Not only is the product of great quality but their customer service has been unmatched. I am someone who likes to learn the process and between, consultation (Greg), install (Robert) and now maintenance visits (Octavio and Ricardo); each member was patient about me asking questions and were thorough on educating me! I highly recommend, truly an investment!

HERO has been amazing through and through. I am on the prefered customer plan and its worth every penny. The team is always there to help and recently we had a heat pump and new furnace installed and it was smooth sailing from start to finish, and they are also available for questions. They truly care about their customers and ensure you are taken care of.

Can no longer recommend this company since the previous owner left. Our units are about 3 years old and we had our first major issue in December with a fan motor that went out. While the part was still under warranty, they charged us $1250 labor for a job that took about 2 hours. We had always had them service our units twice per year. Very disappointed.

Hero has been doing a great job for us for years both for maintenance and emergencies. Recently we had called on Hero to help us with both.

Both times Greg was able to diagnose and solve the problem quickly and professionally. I especially love how Greg walked us through everything that he looked into and what he did. This gave me a better understanding of how the HVAC and Furnace work and what to look out for in the future.

Our HVAC broke during the last hot day on fall. I spent a lot of time on YouTube trying to figure out what went wrong. I was able to rule out some of the simpler things (fan, compressor, etc) to diagnose but eventually decided to call in the professionals. Greg figured it out quickly, it was the evaporator coil. He showed us how he found the problem.

Later we called Hero back for maintenance on the furnace before winter. After Greg finished he took us through the work he did and showed what he did for us. The only thing that he was worried about was the motor blower. It was starting to show signs of leaking oil. He said it would probably last the winter but couldn't tell when it would fail (today, next year, or years later). We decided to get it replaced now.

Hero was a great experience from the beginning til the end. Customer Service is high quality and responses were timely. Our technician Ricardo was super nice and very knowledgeable on the questions I had, he even showed me before and after pictures of our air ducts. Highly recommend Hero!
