Worried about lunch instead of unloading trucks parked in a no parking zone

My truck was unloaded within an hour.

Checked in chained up in & out!!!!

Receiving FCFS. Fast delivery , 6 coils unloaded in 35min.

8am appt. Out by 821 . Unloading very quick!

5 hrs to unload 6 coils of copper. Ridiculous, they tell you 30 min but they put you in the dock then go do other stuff and take one pallet off every hr.

This place backing can be difficult depending which dock you get assigned too. But it didn't take long for them to unload

My truck was loaded normally but the way the workers communicate is just a nightmare. Very rude. Especially at check in. East building.

Incredibly fast and friendly. Some pretty tight spaces on some pretty narrow streets but not too bad.

Once they found my paperwork. They loaded me fast. The docks are interesting to say the least.

I've picked up here many times and always enjoy it, reels are my favorite. They are typically very fast. It's an odd spot to get in and out of, but it's not a problem.

Few of the counter help need to work on customer service. Diapointed

Explained my job and what i was looking for 3 times. Extremely unprofessional. Laughed when he didnt know the tool i was asking about and insisted i needed a tool that was inappropriate for my task. Needs customer service training!

Bad customer service. Front Desk was rude and was no help.

There customer service was bad they don’t even try to help you there not patient and get angry at you for no reason and very negative, branch should definitely do an evaluation on it’s employees and how they treat reoccurring customers all it takes is a smile and a positive attitude to make someone’s day to keep business going been to many different supply chains and this one was the WORST!!!

Horrible customer service. Guy at the front desk no help. Explained what I needed and his response was tell me what you need….. staff needs some training.

All the negative reviews shown here seem to be from people that have no business in a supply store. These guys always have what I need, and if not they can order it. Never had a bad experience, been going here for years.
