I used to work with individual cleaners beforehand who would cancel or not show And be very defensive to any feedback I gave them.I wouldn’t have believed it unless I tried Molly Maids . I thought they might be too expensive but they’ve been actually equally affordable.

I’ve been really so happy with Molly maids service! Arianna and Elizabeth are the best! They are so kind and caring and take care of my things as if they were there their own. They are very open to any feedback I have for them And will implement any recommendations I ask them to do without any complaints. You can see that they do a very thorough job cleaning of cabinets and furniture dusting- carefully taking things off the shelf to dust the entire shelf. Also, they are always prompt and on time and There has been only one time in two years that they’ve had to reschedule me for their own reasons! It’s also very flexible if I have to go on vacation I can skip a cleaning. The house always smells so fresh and clean and my family is l Always happy when they come home to a fresh clean home! I am disappointed with the quality of clean we received after two visits. We informed the scheduler that we are moving out and had some boxes still sitting in the kitchen (no more than 4). We discussed sliding them aside to clean the floor underneath. This was not done. We paid extra for a deep clean on the stove, but this apparently didn't include the knobs or door. The blinds were very dusty, which as someone who has professionally cleaned before, seems lazy. I wouldn't be so upset if it wasn't for the price point of this service. I hired an individual cleaner to take care of the leftover mess. This was MUCH more affordable and completed with the care we were expecting from this company. When discussing the issues with the manager, they seemed confused that a customer could be dissatisfied, and unsure of how to remedy the situation. To me, if you run a cleaning service, you should probably know how to handle a situation where a cleaning is unsatisfactory. The first step is acknowledging the dissatisfaction, rather than defending the situation, due to there being boxes on the floor. If a company specializes in cleaning peoples' homes, you would assume that they're used to moving objects. My husband was hoping to speak to the manager, but no one returned our voicemail today.

Me and my wife are very happy with the service we received from Molly Maids. When my wife comes home from work after the cleaning day, she takes a intake of air that smells wonderful and makes her smile, which in turn makes me smile! Also, my dog loves when Anna and Maria arrives! He is so happy to see them every time they show up, just like we are!

Our company has been using Wingren Landscaping for our grounds maintenance and snowplowing. They also recently completed two lighting projects for us. I think they do a superior job. We have the best looking office building on the block! My contact there is responsive to feedback - and always follows up when we have an issue. I am very pleased to recommend them to others!

Good communication with crew - responsive to requests to get mulch coverage in all areas consistent with map provided.

They do a good job at maintenance in lawn care my garden looks so beautiful!

The issue, one being dumping remains of cuttings, branches, garbage and their personal litter in Dupage county St. Johns creek. This is a wetland and overflow property part of the storm system.

100% professional. Solid company I have been using for 10+ years. Highly recommend.

Terrible company to do business with ~ STAY AWAY FROM THEM. If something goes wrong, it isn't their fault. They are not reputable and don't care about fixing the problem they caused AND still wants to get paid for it without compromise.

I highly recommend Wingmen Landscape! We have used them for many years to put up our Christmas lights. They are professional and top notch!

We’ve used the service for our association for a few years now, service has gotten progressively worse over the past two years and they are relatively unresponsive to complaints. Grass is currently 13” high and was told 1 to 2x a month in April is appropriate for cutting. They have been here once, and it’s May...

This year, your employee Dan Groch was so helpful with getting my landscaping re-design plantings ordered and inventory secured, finding me the best quality, helping me transfer all my ideas into real life form.

Dan went way above and beyond and managed to help several other customers without neglecting me one bit!! Dan should be applauded for his great customer service and Wingren will forever get my business because of him!!!

Lovely design for our patio/pavilion. Absolutely terrible project management and follow through. Would not recommend for design/build projects. We do recommend the lighting team (outdoor lighting and holiday lighting) as they were excellent.

I used Wingren for Christmas lights for two years. The service was great, and I had no issues. In 2024, I worked with Josh Cummins, and the experience was a major disappointment. There were constant excuses. The lights were installed later than usual and poorly done. The cord management was a mess, and the tree lights were off. I could tell immediately as I pulled into the driveway. After meeting with Josh’s crew a couple of times, the lights were "good enough" by mid-December.

By the end of January, I was still waiting for them to take the lights down. Josh kept offering more excuses, and I had to follow up to get any updates. His crew showed up randomly without prior notice, just after my wife left. They tried to take the lights, and I had to call Josh to explain we weren’t prepared for their arrival. I asked them to leave the lights up like they had in previous years, and was told they could wait 10 minutes for my wife to get home. They didn’t wait. Instead, they left the lights and wreath on the driveway and left.

This has been a frustrating experience, especially considering I paid double the rate of competitors. I have been in the customer service industry most of my life, and I know this is not how you work with customers.

I wouldn’t recommend working with this company based on my experience.

Christi has been a pleasure to work with these past few years. She is always responsive to my concerns and any issues resolved in a timely manor. My yard crew and mulch crew were friendly and polite. They perform any task I inquire about with efficiency and sweep themselves back into the truck prior to leaving. I am very pleased with their workmanship.
