Garwood’s Heating does very good work and the technicians are super nice and mannerly. They clean up everything after the job is done too. Very pleased.

Garwoods recently did a new furnace and AC installation for me. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Joey and Shane and the whole team exhibited complete professionalism. Even when some difficult challenges arose, they did what it took to get the job done on schedule. i heartily recommend them.

We have done business with Garwood's Inc for more than 20 years. The technicians have arrived on time, called me when they are on the way, worked efficiently and effectively, and accommodated special circumstances flexibly. I find the prices proper; they are estimated for me in advance. I expect to call on Garwood's again in the future, as appropriate.

Mark was extremely knowledgeable. I've been in installation and maintenance of various varieties for 15 years and knew right away he was on top of things. My issue was a unique one, out of the norm, but he narrowed it down. I look forward to money saved on our bills, and cooler atmosphere in our near future.

B & W Heating has been servicing our furnace and air conditioner for over 30 years. We use them because their service is great and their service personnel are wonderful!

Called to see what my warranty was with this company since it was new and came with the house that I bought. When I called the after hours line to see if they could inform me the man was a totally dick from the get. He said he couldn’t see the paperwork to tell me if I had a warranty. So he asked when I bought the house. I told him. He said it was up. Then told he the cost to come out was $119 then it would be more for parts and labor. I told him I would wait until Monday and see if I had a warranty left, he got loud with me to the point my buddy heard and asked if he was really talking crazy to me? I said yes the worker was talking crazy. He was on speaker phone so everyone heard this worker talking. At that point I let the man go cause there’s no way I will do business or give my hard earned money to someone who speaks to me that way. Remember my money pays your bills. So I don’t recommend this company based off of their employees and their actions.

I am still waiting for them. Supposed to be her between 9 and noon; its now after 1. They called at 8:55am and I couldnt get to the phone in time. Responded to text from them in 5 minutes but they already moved on. Called the phone number. The person answered gave me no help other than they'll get to me. I moved everything I had scheduled to the morning to the afternoon and now that is shot as well. Not going to do this again.
And here's the lates. It isnow 1:30pm. The person finally showed up with an attitute because I dared to complain. Although probalby theonly reason they came was because I pitched a fit. AND I called and the lady answering yeled at me for complaining. Now I'm definitely never calling them back.

Mark, Brad, and Carson did an excellent job in every respect, despite unforeseens. They fit us into their schedules on short notice, were polite and friendly, and installed our new water neater quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.

Brad said he would be here at 300- he was here at 10 til 3. Very professional and explained everything he was doing. Showed what was wrong and cleaned up so furnace would work. No forced sales for the parts- but took all information to order replacement parts when I told him wanted it fixed so wouldn’t have to worry about it for a while. Support your local businesses like this one!

I have been using this company for years. They are very reliable ( show up when promised.) Their friendly service is outstanding. The prices are very reasonable. The technician Kevin came to my house , he said he replaced equipment. And he gave me new wiring. And that was a lie, but he charged me for those things. My carpet is still getting wet, so now I have to call another HVA person out to get the job done. Kevin was at my home roughly 40 minutes and charged me $298

Had a guy come out to look at our furnace, it wasn't working. He told us there were leaks. That we needed a new acoil and possibly a new furnace if they could find an acoil. We found someone who could help us out cheaper. Turns out the guy didn't even clean it out and we got a sniffer there are zero leaks. It just needed cleaned. These guys will rip you off never go there.

Mark had a technician out promptly on a hot weekend. Brad was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything so I had a better understanding of my system. I can't say enough about this company.

Called this morning, and they were out this afternoon! Jim was quick and efficient. Definitely recommend
