Jacob did a great job in checking out my central air-conditioning unit to make sure it was running well. He was very polite and very efficient. I've been very happy with B&W to handle all of my heating and cooling needs. It's a great company!

THANK YOU SHAWN! Our dog got tangled up in the copper tube lines and put a couple of Kinks in them and ripping the wire out of the box. B&W came out at the appointed time and had me back up and cooling in a few hours. I thought the price was very appropriate with everything he had to do. ***** 5star service from the receptionist taking my call, to Shawn. Was on time and started assesing the problems. TOP RATE!

Furnace was acting up 3/1/25 . B&W sent a service man to diagnose. Furnace wasn’t showing symptoms until right before he was ready to leave. Diagnosed problem. Parts were comming in next day but were on truck and not gonna be delivered for an extra day. B&W went above and beyond. The brought a couple used parts to get the furnace running and through the night until new parts were delivered the next day! Temps dropped into the 30’s that night and We were so grateful for the extra help. The next day they arrived bright and early to finish repairs. Furnace is working great and super impressed with their service! I’d recommend B&W Heating and cooling to everyone needing service or new install. Friendly knowledgeable and thorough. Shaun Nolte was our service man and did a great job diagnosing and repairing! Can’t thank him enough!

Company got tech to me in a timely manner. Tech was professional and friendly as well as efficient with the task at hand. Things were thoroughly explained to me during the process. Overall a smooth experience and a reasonable price.

My furnace went out Sat. 2/22/25. I called B&W, they came out within an hour, diagnosed the problem and said they didn't have the replacement part that was needed. The serviceman, Matt, went back to the shop and brought me two space heaters so I'd be warm until they could do the repair work. It's Tuesday 2/25, and Matt installed the motor today. He is fast, so polite, and professional. I highly recommend B&W. This is the 2nd time they've done work for me and I am totally satisfied with the company.

as a new 20 year old home owner there's a lot that i don't know. i came home to my house being 82° & i couldn't get it down so i called b&w and they sent someone out within the hour. shawn was amazing! he was comfortable with our dogs, he explained what was wrong & showed us the filter size so that we will be able to buy another one since we had the wrong size plus our capacitor had went out so he replaced that and our filter for us. he was very professional and it was a good price too, will definitely be using them again in the future 10/10

I called and had a service guy at my house in 40 minutes. He was able to get it up and running within a hour. He replaced a pump that had burnt out. He was super nice and worked fast to give my family heat during the cold weather. I recommend them for great quality work at a great price.

Been using them for years and just had a humidifier put in. They did a great job. I’m excited to make the air more breathable and our hair and skin not so dry this winter!

Quick response at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon when I needed to have my gas water heater re-lit. Brad the technician arrived about a half hour later and spent an hour trying to get it stay on by cleaning all the components and re installing them. It turned out that it was the control valve / thermostat that was defective. The water heater was 18 years old so I’ll be replacing it. Brad was exceptionally professional and courteous. Mark the owner of the company does a great job of trying to accommodate you when something needs to be repaired quickly. I would highly recommend the company for any services that you might need.

Skip to the last paragraph of this post if you don't have the time. I have a lot of good things to say about the company so bear with me.

I first worked with this company a few years back when I was having issues with my a/c. I saw they had 24/hr service so I called them late one night when my a/c was out. The very nice lady I spoke with set me up with an appointment the next day. They came out when they said they would and fixed my issue. It was nothing major but the guy was friendly and he had the part I needed on the truck. He was in and out quick and it didn't cost me much.

A few years later my very old furnace gave out and my a/c unit was also due for replacement. I got two estimates and I wont tell you why I didn't go with the other company. Instead I would like to say why I went with B&W. The man that came out was none other the Mark, the owner of the company. He was down to earth, honest, and new what he was talking about. I didn't feel like I was being sold something, I felt like I was being provided a service. This is likely due to the fact the he isn't just the owner, he gets his hands dirty too. and I can say that with certainty since I saw first hand when he came out to help with the removal and installation of my new units. The price was fair the work was done quickly, both in time to get me on the schedule and the actual install.

Finally, the day I am writing this I came home early from work since I was not feeling well. When I got home I noticed water leaking out of the bottom of my water heater. I only knew to call them because the installers left a sticker on my old one when they noticed how old it was during the install of my furnace and a/c. I got on the phone and let them know my situation, he asked me to take some measurements and based off that he gave me two estimates. I wanted to make sure which estimate was what I needed so he happily offered to have someone come out and check. Less then 30mins later a very nice man by the name of Kevin came inside and verified that the cheaper of the two estimates would be best for me, then he made a quick call.

After he got off the phone, Kevin told me they had the unit I needed in stock and they could get it done today if I wanted. Knowing last time I worked with B&W they had the best price and worked quickly I was confident that they would be the right choice again. I gave them the all clear and now a few short hours later I have a brand new water heater, of course, with there signature sticker on the side. The workers were kind, respectful, and nice to my kids despite my children's desire to interrupt them while they worked.

I have worked with this company for years now and it is ran and worked by professionals. Everyone I have interacted with through this company has been kind, respectful, hard working, and fast. They do great work and are fairly priced. I can't recommend them enough for any and all services they provide. If you have issues with your furnace, a/c, or water heater you owe it to yourself to get an estimate from B&W.

I could NOT be more pleased!!! Shawn went ABOVE and beyond to help us in a pinch and after hours. He was kind, communicative, understanding, sincere, and a true professional. You will not regret hiring him and his team!! If I could give 100 stars I would.
