A surprising same day appt. In and out in about an hour.

Tried to replace kitchen faucet and shut-off valves. Couldn't get the faucet nut off and damaged the hot water shut-off, creating a new drip.

I had an emergency issue, called this morning around 8am, they were at my house by 10:45am......it's all fixed and running smoothly! Jose was very professional, polite, and efficient, not to mention the fact that he used tarps and was very respectful of my carpet and floors on this rainy day! Thank you everybody!

I contacted this company who was referred to us. From the get go the person answering the phone was so helpful and cordial. Jason came out and did a lot of trouble shooting. We had waited months worried about the possible cost of repairs. He was very fair about handling the whole situation. This company is one I would recommend to all. I actually recommended them to my daughter who used them for her place of employment. I believe this is a family owned company, they are great to deal with.

Jason seemed to be able to look under the concrete of my basement floor and accurately diagnose
the location and solution of the blockage. Jose and Travis did a terrific and thorough job and left my basement floor clean after excavating and removing an outdated trap. I fully endorse them!

The absolute best plumbing service ever. Noticed a leak. Within an hour Tom came and went above and beyond to get the job repaired. This was not an easy repair. A consummate professional. We've had 4 separate outstanding experiences with Schambach Plumbing. This included replacing a water heater, installing a water softener, installing a toilet and shower hardware during a remodel, and replacing a rusty cast iron pipe that was leaking. This involved breaking up a small portion of the concrete basement floor and replacing the cast iron pipe with a pvc pipe. They have always done a great job at a very reasonable price and I will always highly recommend them. Thank you Jason, Travis and Jose for being there when we needed you.

These guys are awesome!!! They came in and solved a big problem I had been dealing with for months. I had multiple companies come out and charge me and still not solve the issue. This company solved my issues in one day, and they were very responsive, respectful, and reasonable. Thank you guys!!!!

They work hard and are very accommodating! HIGHLY recommended by me, they are amazing to work with! My tankless water heaters from Navien are working flawlessly! Brian, Travis, and Wyatt were very professional! They laid down drip cloth in the work area, and protected the carpet! They are local and family ran. My tank failed the day before, they were out the next day and installed the tankless water heaters. THANK YOU!

Highly recommend Schambach Plumbing & Heating. Travis and Wyatt alleviated an issue we were having with the boiler at our home. We were unable to sleep in our master bedroom due to (what we learned from Travis was the expansion of the copper pipes knocking against the floor joists). The noise was so loud and constant that my husband and I could not sleep in our master bedroom. Travis knew at his first inspection what the issue was and came up with a plan. His plan is working perfectly, there is no noise and we have been able to sleep. They were responsive, efficient and courteous and my husband and I could not be happier with the work that was performed. Thanks guys.

Wyatt was here today to install a faucet drain in our powder room. He arrived within 30 mins of his call to alert us that he was coming. He was courteous, worked quickly and did a good job. We’ve been using Schambach Plumbing and Heating for over 20 years and have always been happy with their fees and quality of service.

Nothing short of exemplary! Spoke with Karen, was not an emergency so someone came out next day. Clean, efficient, communicative. Fixed my toilet issue in a matter of moments. Highly recommend Schaumback plumbing. Reasonable, FAMILY OWNED LOCAL small business. So important to keep these guys alive. The gentleman that came to fix my issue has been with Schaumback for 22 years and his son is working with them as well. Once again, highly recommend.

This was our first time using Tom's. Super impressed! Very responsive, courteous, up front about cost upon arrival/assessment of job to be done, and very fair on price. Love that they let us know via text that plumber was on the way, arrived promptly for appointment time. We will be using them going forward for any and all plumbing needs (hopefully not too many, but glad to have someone local we know we can rely on!)
