Mike was knowledge, Efficient and fair with his pricing. Someone has had given me a quote that seemed needlessly complicated and would have required draining my aging water heater, shortly after telling me it shouldn’t need replacing for a while as long as I don’t mess with it. Before I explained what the other this said Mike said there was a simple straightforward fix, a flat price and he stick to it when things took a little longer.

They are professional, dependable, qualified and each job has been done
within a good time frame, attention to detail including to my home. I am more than pleased with their work, pricing and dependability. This time they replaced the Ejector Pump and the Hot Water Heater.

Bob from Tom’s plumbing helped replace galvanized pipe coming from my main that was starting rust and drip. Bob went above and beyond on the job, was quick, and was very respectful. The estimate from Tom’s plumbing was by far the best out of the 5 plumbers I asked estimates for. I will definitely contact them again in the future when I need something done.
