Restore has come out several times over the past two years to help us with issues ranging from garbage disposal repairs to faucet leaks and new pipe replacements. Their customer service is always excellent. I especially want to shout out Gregory from our most recent visit this month, his guidance helped us discover a cracked pipe that could have cost us thousands down the line. Thank you, Gregory!

Short of long story toilet base cracked both sides. Called Restore got a 12-3 window. I called around 10:30. By 11:30 Dan was here. Went over price options. He worked with me and we agreed on best option for my budget. Even gave me $50 coupon towards job. Dan was polite and friendly and explained everything in detail. By 2:00 job done. I would recommend Restore to everyone!

We placed an emergency call - they came out early the next morning on a weekend. They put a camera down the line - diagnosed the problem. Then tried rodding the line, when that didn't work they brought in the Hydrojet and that resolved the problem. Very professional and trustworthy. Would highly recommend!

Dan from Restore Plumbing and Drain did an excellent job and is a true professional with 20+ years of experience in the trade. He did a complete inspection of my standalone master shower and below family room ceiling for the leak. Then after cutting into my ceiling and doing another complete inspection, he discovered the issue. Explained everything that caused the issue and what needed to be done. Then, proceed to make the timely repairs. Everything worked out and now we just need to see if there are any other leaks from my shower before calling up my drywall guy. A+ Thank you!

Restore Plumbing and Drain was such an easy company to work with, from scheduling a consultation, the scheduling the job, to completing the job! Luis answered all of our many questions about water softeners and the reverse osmosis system we decided to put in. They were very clean and professional. Restore Plumbing and Drain is truly one above the rest. From reaching out to Erika and getting scheduled to one of their skilled employees coming out and taking care of the job, you're having a completely stress free experience. A certain other company people hire likes to pride themselves on their "Consider it done" slogan, but Restore actually LIVES by it- without advertisement! Their work speaks VOLUMES. I have used them for many of my home projects and will continue to use them in the future. The last time I had them out, they even worked with and around the Window company I had there at the same time. I also want to mention that they are super clean and they take care in making sure your home looks like they weren't even there!

Had a sink drain clog up. Tito came out and ran me through everything he was doin was very thorough and answerd all my questions I had. If you need plumbing done this is a great and honest company

We have utilized the services of this company several times over the past year including sewer line replacement and repairs to the main water valve. We have primarily worked with Jonathan who explained the jobs in detail and completed the work in a timely efficient manner. They also provided competitive pricing. I would recommend this company for your various plumbing needs.

John was an excellent technician. He was professional, polite, and communicated very well the issues we were having. We had an issue with a blockage in the main sewer drain. He was able to clean out the drain and remove the blockage, which was a rag that accidentally flushed by a family member. The rag was about 45 feet into the yard and he was able to pull the rag all the way back into the basement for removal. He also showed us some scale build up inside the pipe and showed us what issues we may encounter in the future.

Couldn’t recommend John enough! We will definitely be using Restore for all our future issues.

Didn’t think I’d need to be calling Restore Plumbing and Drain again so soon but didn’t hesitate when my hot water heater started acting up. Dave was here within a couple of hours of my call, assessed the situation, and provided several options for repair or replacement along with estimates of cost. . . . and in just a few more hours I had a brand new water heater! Great service, reasonable cost, and personable, professional plumbers!

When faced with a difficult kitchen sink replacement, it was Dan at Restore to the rescue. Dan gave us choices for replacement based on our kitchen needs. Exceptional Service, they came out the day before New Year's Eve, when no one else. would come until Saturday. Restore Plumbing customer service is exceptional, Dave was exceptional. I highly recommend Restore Plumbing, and they will now be the only plumber I will be using.

Caught a leak from a water heater and then when shutting off the gas and water supplies, I found out that the water inlet valve was broken and gas valve was leaking. Spoke with Scott over the phone and they sent James over. He quickly diagnosed the problems, dropped in 2 new valves, and a new water heater in 2 hours and I'm back in business. James kept the area clean and was mindful of bringing both the new and old water heater through the house and down my stairs. Priced fairly. Highly recommend.

Great instillation, very easy to work with the technician and they did amazing work. Only going down to 4 stars due to the amount of water leftover from removing the old water heater. I had to put a fan down to dry our floor and wall where the water seeped in.

I had a new tankless heater installed as well as new supply pipes to all the fixtures in the house. I have a very old house in Elgin that had several layers of strange piping decisions made in the past. Dan and the team at Restore provided a lot of helpful information just in the estimate phase, and he spent a lot of time assessing what was going on in my plumbing before making his recommendations.

The job just wrapped, all of the new piping looks great, and the job was done in the time estimated with no scary surprises or changes midway through. This is the largest job I've had done on the house since moving in and the confidence and professionalism of the Restore team really put me at ease. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for the job to get done the right way.
