Mike was great to work with and he greatly cares about his work. My home was very outdated plumbing wise and he completely modernized my home.

He did 2 toilet tune ups, 2 toilet shutoff valve replacement, 6 sink shutoff valve replacement, new shower tub spout, new laundry tub sink and new washing machine supply lines/valves.

I selected Tom's because they are a local small business with experience. Plumbing jobs in an old house can be challenging and produce surprises. Tom's provided great up-front communication, next day service with an experienced professional. Bob figured out the problem, addressed it appropriately, and dealt with the surprises. Tom's isn't the cheapest option, but most often you get what you pay for. I did.

Incredible. Bob showed up and looked over our system and set to work. He noticed that I had requested a 40 gal tank and it SHOULD have been a 50. (My mistake) He quickly swapped out the 40 for the proper 50 and installed it in short order. It was a windy day, and trash was blowing around the yard. He was out there picking it up because "I can't stand seeing trash blowing around"!!!! Wonderful quick service and he did a great job. I will call them again for my service needs.

I'm very upset with how Tammy handled an interaction. I am a residential customer. I asked if we could set something up to change out two water heaters. I understand that you don't use customer supplied water heaters. I totally understand that. I happen to have wanted 2 Bradford White 40 gallon tanks. (The same manufacturer that Tom's uses.) I have the unit number. I expressed that I wanted to know the unit price you guys would charge for these tanks so I could compare with other options. The tone she used was condescending and dismissive. I have gotten a recommendation from you from word of mouth and am disappointed in the customer service aspect especially with the abundance of glowing reviews. I know everyone has bad days, it just wasn't a good look.

Saved the day on Christmas Eve! My mom’s water heater went out and they were quick and professional in fixing it!

Mike was great. I was in a bind with a leak that required some maneuvering around in a tight space in the basement ceiling. He was quick, efficient, and very reasonable. The invoice included pictures so I could see what was done. Tom’s Plumbing will get the job done!

My mother's water heater reached the end of its life and needed to be replaced. I called Tom's on a Monday afternoon and they were able to come out the next morning to replace it. Our plumber, Bob, was incredibly nice and did an excellent job replacing the old with the new in a matter of 3 hours - and for a totally reasonable cost! And this company did a great job of communicating. I received a confirmation email with all of the details shortly after booking the appointment. Roughly 30 min prior to Bob's arrival, I received a text that he was on his way. As soon as I paid I received a detailed receipt and thank you text message. Would highly recommend!

We have had all positive experiences with Tom's Plumbing. I called today about a problem with a bathroom, and Bob from Tom's Plumbing was at our house within the hour. He quickly analyzed the problem, explained thoroughly what he was going to do, and advised me how to prevent the problem in the future. We have had this service at our home before and they have always done an excellent job. We highly recommend them!

I needed help quick and honestly had no idea what to do. My dad directed me to Tom's Plumbing Inc. for help. I got in contact with their office within 5 minutes of sending the email for help. Within about 5 more minutes i had an appointment scheduled with Mike. Mike came and performed a wonderful job in my mess of a basement now but clog fixed and i understand the problem now! Little did i know Mike was the actual owner of the company! Outstanding! Not many owners are getting dirty now a days. Two toilets fixed in one and a half hours. They always give us a reasonable price, always they do a good job, they are our plumbers forever.
