Stephen was fantastic, very professional, explained things perfectly in language I could understand, and was one of the best plumbers we have ever had service our home.

1st technician was a disaster but 2nd technician was excellent! Brendon...disappointed have a lot of unnecessary fixing to do on what he did of which was not necessary. Brendon was also surprised of what had been done. Since I have done a great deal of plumbing in past his work was excellent

Brendon showed up at the time promised. Walked me through the process and was clean and polite in his execution of the ejector pump replacement! Would recommend.

We had a technician out to address a sewer backup on a Saturday. They were prompt and very polite. The price was high but they were able to help immediately.

As this was a recurring issue we decided to have them do a liner as that made more sense than paying the fee for cleaning and then going somewhere else for the liner. The actual liner install several weeks later was very good. Again professional, prompt, and polite. Only complaint is the price - it seems high. We also opted for the No Drip Club as it provided a further discount but that whole thing was a bit of a hard sell.

They have a great salesman I'll give them that, we almost fell for it, we had signed papers and everything for a service we didn't need before the issue was even confirmed. We were told by the technician that the city wouldn't help, well I am very glad we called the city after he left to confirm because the city indeed COULD help and they did, the city was here within an hour with their water jet and cleaned our entire line for FREE.

J Blanton wants $3500 per water jet AND they sold us on a pipe liner we did not need for well over $17,000.00. I'm so happy we called the city , otherwise I would've had to commit to spending $17,000.00 on something we never needed with money we do not have. Lesson learned, it truly seemed like they were there the help super friendly and problem solving. My first clue should have been the fact we were signing papers before any problem was diagnosed. We were listening to the 20+ years experienced technician and what he thought was the problem instead of what he actually knew.

They city guys were so adamant on telling us "always call us first" so that's my advice call your city before you call a plumber. I know businesses need to make money, but this was disappointing. False information and services we didn't need is just bad business. I blame the owners not the tech, giving incentives for sales on services breeds dishonest employees and dissatisfied customers. Hopefully the tech got his free lunch before I updated this review. Poor guy.

Our technician, George Cameron, was a very polite, friendly and knowledgeable professional. He came on time to inspect our sewer line, clearly explained what he was going to do, and then clearly explained our options and pricing for fixing our problem. Scheduling and communicating with the company was easy. So far, very happy with the service.

Needed help in a pinch, everyone else wanted to take us to the cleaners financially. A&E was the only plumbing company of many that did the right thing &! was fair with pricing. They fixed the problem without hesitation, very knowledgeable, trustworthy. Definitely recommend to everyone, especially those on a budget like us.

Zach Staar was the technician we had out to our building to help diagnose some plumbing issues. He is a great guy to work with and is very thorough and up front and explains everything in detail. You can tell he's a guy who cares about the work he does and wants to do the right thing for the home owner. It's increasingly rare to find people like that these days so it was a breath of fresh air working with him.

Cameron showed up in time, was super knowledgeable, friendly and paid attention to detail. He offered advice, conscious about the property and building shut off time frame. He made sure that all water sources in my condo were working when finished. Well worth the time and money spent.

Dominic ran into some very large build up during the cleaning, but was able to modify his approach to make sure the job was done perfectly. Very thankful for his expertise and service.

Greg was very professional and knowledgeable. He made quick work of our toilet repair and was willing to double check the plumbing underneath to ensure we didn’t have any other connected problems. Would recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with Edgar as he replaced our kitchen sink drain system. He was thorough and patient with me, as he explained what the issue was and how was going to solve the problem.
