Great service, came over to help with my plumbing issue almost as soon as I called and diagnosed my issue quickly. The job turned out to be a bit more involved than anticipated, but their pricing is extremely fair (my mom has a similar issue going on at her house and she is paying way more with a different company), and the plan they laid out for the job was clear. They will be back once they secure the necessary permits to complete the job, and I appreciated their transparency throughout the whole process. Greg was wonderful, and he had two other guys come to help him with my plumbing emergency. Thank you!

Update: Greg and crew came back to finish up the project and I am very satisfied. They were able to get the permit to begin the work, completed the job quickly, and took care of the inspection the next day. The customer service from everyone is top tier. I will definitely call Restore Plumbing again.

I had a water line burst under kitchen sink and Jonathan came and found the leak, repaired it. He helped and educated me on home prevention methods here in the Midwest (Chicago) since we have just moved here from California. The shower had no hot water. We called Restore plumbing and drain. The woman who answered the phone was very nice. John came the next day to inspect and explain the possibilities in detail. He was extremely patient and tried to fix the problem. Finally, we had hot water running. Very happy with the service we received from John.👍👍

We had Kohler Veil "smart" toilet repair (still under warranty luckily). Jonathan was on time, super polite and professional. He quickly determined issue and fixed it perfectly. Thank you Jonathan! If needed in a future I will be calling them and requesting Jonathan's services.

Absolute incredible experience from start to finish with the Restore team. From my very first phone call, everything was handled professionally, clearly, and with real care. The consultation with Dave was thorough and straightforward. He took the time to explain the system, answer questions, and make sure I was comfortable with every step before moving forward.

The installation work completed by John and CJ was equally impressive. They were punctual, respectful of my home, and clearly took pride in their work. The install was clean, efficient, and well explained, and they made sure everything was working properly before they left. It is obvious this team knows what they are doing and genuinely cares about delivering a great experience, not just finishing a job.

It is rare to work with a company where every touchpoint feels this well run and thoughtful. I would give this group 1000 stars if I could. Quick in and out. Half as much as a plumbing company I've been using for years with the same product and quality. Friendly and fast. I believe in paying fair wages and paying what for what you get but the other guys were ridiculous for what the job is. If I wasn't old and fat now....I could do it myself but it would take me a whole day lol! I had the pleasure of Edwin Sanchez and his partner installing a backup pump and softener. He was more than accommodating and helpful. He went over and above to explain things and was very neat with the work.

Andrew A. did a great job repairing our toilet. He was prompt, efficient and professional.

I wouldn’t recommend calling this company. Each plumber may have their own diagnosis, but in my case, their free estimate turned out to be inaccurate. I already had a new dishwasher installed, yet they claimed the issue required hydro jetting and quoted me $585 to clean a single drain—which wasn’t even clogged. They also tried to upsell me on a monthly subscription just to get 10% off. I called a different plumber, who correctly identified the issue as a clogged cleaning pipe, fixed it for $50, and resolved the problem completely.

Edgar was wonderful. He was a consummate professional: extremely knowledgeable and able to explain the process to us laymen; efficient and tidy; and very engaging with a great sense of humor. We were happy to have him in our home and extremely happy to have him fix our plumbing issues.

Really happy with the overall experience with the team. Starting from order intake to scheduling to the service performed. We had a failed sump pump which was replaced. Anna took the time to ensure that we were getting immediate service.

Awesome experience. J. Blanton and Arturo were knowledgeable, fast and efficient. They installed a clean-out access in the front yard to properly hydro-jet root blocked sewer line when we learned that basement access was limited due to unusual configuration. The recommendation was smart and will save money to maintain proper water flow.

Arturo and crew arrived promptly and completed the job in two days as scheduled. He answered my many questions and seemed interested. Super nice guy.

Pricing was competitive. I thought it was a good value for the scale of the job.

However, I felt the cost was very excessive, but with all the preventative information Andrew gave me I decided to go ahead with the service as I felt it would decrease the chances for any clogging issues in the future.
